Excellent price, Brilliant Customer Service - Eugene and Alex were incredibly helpful and kind whilst still being professional. Alex explained the Company Terms and Conditions, Privacy Policy, and Safety Policy in the most simple terms. The facility was clean, organised with equipment designed to make the move uncomplicated. I have used Safe Storage and Big Yellow before, both of which i found to be very expensively priced and with old or non working equipment but i found all the equipment here to be well-maintained. Well done Alex and Eugene! 5-stars all the way

Great service initially from Alex on my first visit who showed me around the different size storage units and pricing. Took a 18osqft unit and paid just 25 deposit. Visited yesterday and was dealt with by Emily who, when I explained I had a van load of stuff, allowed us to put the stuff in the unit and deal with paperwork after. She was quick but thorough and very knowledgeable. Also, she kept an eye on our unit whilst we went and git a padlock, saving us from having to purchase one. Would highly recommend. First 8 weeks half price as well!

I don't usually post reviews but we have just received the best customer service from Eugene at Lok n Store. She has gone above and beyond to make sure that everything was well managed without any hassle and her care and attention to detail has made a real difference. I highly recommend using Lok n Store!l
