We have used Durrants on three occasions over the last 21 years and found them to be an exceptional company with an amazing team, both in the office and out on the lorries. The attention to detail and friendliness of Jason and Sue is what stands out the most, and I cannot recommend them highly enough. The men who they have sent out to us on each occasion have been polite, hard working and efficient, making what could be a difficult process so much easier. We will always use Durrants in the future. We recently used D Durrants for our house move and glad we did. They were very professional and well organised. Nothing was too much trouble, from getting the original quote to completing the move they were great. Made a very stressful event into a calm and easy experience. Moved from one side of Redhill to the other. Team were fantastic. Nice guys, hard working and got the job done professionally and so so quickly. Only slightly minor feedback in the whole experience would be the wardrobe boxes. They were falling apart and had had their day. Still Would highly recommend and def would use again.

While recently moving from Crawley to the coast I used Durrants to pack for me and then, the next day, take everything to their storage facility. A couple of weeks later they deliver to my new house. I am really, really impressed with how speedily, carefully and respectfully they carried out the whole operation. I cannot recommend Durrants highly enough.

We must say thank you to Jay and the whole team that carried out our recent house removal. The team were very courteous, professional and nothing was a problem, they could not solve. Although the move was carried out with the added complications of covid and an impending stamp duty holiday closure, the move went remarkably smoothly. The whole team throughout were very proffessional, from the estimating and quote stage, to box delivery, packing service prior and the actual move day. Even having to deal with a broken down lorry from the people moving out, did not trouble them. All in all, we have no hesitation in recommending Durrant Removals

I was instructed by the chap doing our move to not use any other packing boxes but Durrents! He thoroughly recommends them as their boxes are all double skinned, very durable and will last for storage. Jo, at Durrents was so friendly and helpful, advising me and giving me a hand loading the car. It turned out much better value than the other choices I had sourced; superior quality, excellent price and great service. Also the most charming office and welcoming dog. Very happy, thank you. I first contacted D Durrant removals to help me with a show I was organising for work, where we needed help transporting our stand and goods for a show in London. The team came to see us the same day, as we had left our inquiry so late, and offered their expert advise. Happy that we were in "safe hands" we booked D Durrant Removals to help us and we will be again. I would happily recommend them for personal and business moves. I believe they also have specialist equipment for moving Hot Tubs!

From start to finish D Durrant Removals were incredibly helpful. Everyone we have dealt with (from office staff to packers) have been polite and friendly and took the time to understand our specific needs. They kept us informed of the process the whole way through and were able to accommodate our changing situation such as shifting completion dates and needing to hold on to boxes whist renovation work took place.
