We offer packing services, disassembling and reassembling of furniture, disconnecting and reconnecting of white goods and piano moving. All furniture is handled carefully and fully wrapped for transportation, we specialise in delicate pieces, artworks and antiques. To start with, we recommend that you take a long hard look at what you own and in particular what you've got stashed away in the back of cupboards and wardrobes. Under stairs and attics are havens for hoarding things that you think will be useful one day. If you haven't used it in the past couple of years then you probably never will again.

We had our home packed and stored by Paul Simmonds, originally planned for a month but turned into six months. I highly recommend Paul Simmonds Removals, the team are friendly and professional. From the quote meeting all the way through to the move itself - which involved a really tricky 'sofa though too narrow door' scenario (I can only assume they got the sofa through that doorway using magic powers). I used their packing service, which was a new experience for me, I don't think I'll go back to packing for myself again! 10/10

Paul Simmonds provided a brilliant and friendly service from the initial visit through to the eventual move. They were the only company to offer us an 'economy move', as we only needed to get half-a-mile back to our newly renovated house. And while the price was economy, we were still treated as valued customers and helped in every way to have a successful move. We would definitely recommend them.

Chris and team were absolutely brilliant. They moved furniture to our new house and to storage on several occasions; it was not a straightforward move. They could not have been more patient or accommodating, and they were very careful with all our furniture and possessions. They even helped us move a couple of large items that we were disposing of out of the house. They were professional, punctual, polite and always extremely cheerful, we couldn't have done the move without them. We would highly recommend Paul Simmonds Removals.

Removal and storage of my mum's goods and chattels was carried out with great professionalism and good humour. Second time I've used Paul Simmonds Removals. The guys were brilliant in both occasions, so efficient, good humoured, couldn't have been more helpful or kind. They were always on time, knew exactly what needed to be done and where we were going. First time a local move, second down to Devon and an added plus was it was the same guys both times so was lovely to see friendly faces. I would definitely recommend using them to anyone. I would definitely recommend using Paul Simmonds Removals! Chris and Colin were professional, quick and efficient. They took care and made sure everything ended up in the correct rooms, which made our lives a lot easier. Due to a delay in moving, our belongings were in storage a lot longer than initially planned and due to a leaking box (which was poor packing on our part) - the guys had repacked several of our boxes to protect our stuff which was above and beyond. Polite, punctual & professional! We moved house recently and couldn't fault the job they did to help us move house. They expertly fitted all our prized possessions like tetris into the van and unloaded it the other side efficiently. Moving house is a daunting prospect, especially in the current pandemic, but Chris and Dave made the removal element a breeze (even when they had to remove doors to get our sofas in!) and we felt our belongings were totally safe in their care. You cannot judge a company to this extent when this incident is the result of someone else s actions. Dave L you are out of order to post such a strong view when you know nothing about the company but agree with you the person smoking is totally at fault and that is not the company at fault but the individual breaking the law!. I have used Paul Simmonds on 3 house moves and have found him nothing but professional, efficient, hard working and very friendly. I would recommend this company to anyone wanting to use them. Family run and been in Wallingford for longer than I wish to say.that speaks volumes in itself?

I had a cigarette thrown at me from the cab of one of this company's vehicles whilst walking into work. I phoned the owner to complain about the behaviour of someone working for him and driving a vehicle advertising his company. He wasn't remotely interested, made no attempt to find out where or when the incident happened and left me with the impression it was somehow my fault. If this reflects the company's approach to customer service, I wouldn't use them.
