Rose Removals did a great job on a hot day moving us across Exeter. They were over double the price of the cheapest quote we received, but the service was very good. All the guys who moved us on the day were friendly and worked hard. A few minor scuffs and scratches on furniture and white goods, but that's probably to be expected during any move.

From the first phone call through to the removal process has been an excellent, friendly and informative process. Lovely staff in the office, Mr Rose turned up when booked, provided us with lots of information that was needed for moving and quote was received within an hour of him leaving. On the day of moving, two great guys came and cleared the house in a swift and respectful manner and delivered our possessions safely and to where we wanted them in our new home. Would have no hesitation in recommending Rise Removals to anyone. Fantastic service

Couldn't recommend highly enough the customer service i received from Rose Removals. Everything was handled really professionally and their staff were helpful, friendly and the two lads that came to do my move worked so hard and were really careful with my furniture and new carpets. Im not planning on moving again but will give 100% recommendation to anyone needing a removal company

I was very impressed with the efficiency and thoughtfulness with which the team - Luke, Graham, Sam - carried out their task. The team was highly coordinated and able to work perfectly without a lot of internal discussions. Explaining the situation once was enough to get them started. When in doubt, they asked intelligent questions. On several occasions, they came up with ideas of where to place things in the new house that were better than my own. What could have been a stressful day for us was turned into a very positive experience. Thank you!

Rose Removals did an incredible job of packing up our old house and moving us into our new home. From our initial enquiry through to unloading the final box, the team were brilliant. I don't know how they do it! I'll admit, when they left - I got a bit emotional. After spending three days with them, it felt like saying goodbye to friends. Special thanks to Taff and Steen - your sense of humor, graft and attention to carefully packing and unloading our stuff made what could have been a very stressful experience a joy. THANK YOU!

Roses were in a word...fantastic. An enthusiastic Mr Rose visited us twice to assess and quote for the removal. The office staff were patient and friendly when struggling to accommodate dates to suit us, given very little notice. The removal men who were polite, friendly and cheerful were exceptional. Nothing was too much trouble. An acknowledged stressful event almost became a pleasure.

Really good service from Rose Removals, although some boxes labelled were put into the wrong rooms, everything was intact and moved with great care. I managed to get myself into a panic as I couldn't find a box from my bedroom with some very important items but it was later found in the garage unharmed after a recount and tripple check. I assumed it had gone missing somewhere between our origin and destination and me being me completely lost my marbles and went into full panic mode the next day so massive apologies from me! All in all wonderful helpful service and will gladly recommend them to anyone.

Had a quote, the chap who did this was great and on this strength we thought we use them. Unfortunately we found the office most unhelpful when trying to book our dates. Understandable they can't confirm dates until exchange but the office were short and gave no help or advice. To say is was like blood out of a stone fits great.

Our second full move with Rose Removals in addition to two moves of goods into and out of their storage and once again we are very pleased with their service. They provide very clear quotations, no surprises. Very personable staff who take care to understand the customers' property and requirements. Very hard working teams who are very careful with your furniture and possessions and the fabric of the properties. The team in the office are friendly and efficient - very prompt to collect boxes after the move. Highly recommend.
