Delivery one off two packages i ordered, driver said one is still in warehouse waiting to be delivered. The one parcel that was delivered was damaged and the compost was leaking out. Very poor service.

I had ordered goods through a fruit and vegetable wholesaler for my wedding event in London. I had been in contact with the wholesaler and ordered in the timeframe that was advised to me. I had received various updates about shipping and delivery dates, and all was looking smooth sailing until the day of the delivery. I received an email saying that the delivery was 'refused'.

I phoned our wedding organiser and she said that there had been no contact from Hoxloe logistics, and there had been no attempt to make the delivery. I phoned Huxloe logistics - nothing. I phoned them half an hour later - nothing. I phoned them another half an hour later - nothing. You get the picture! What really pi$$ed me off was that there was NO contact!

It was the day before my wedding day, and I could have made alternative arrangements. But I had no way of knowing that the delivery was not going to go ahead, I had no warning, I was given no notice. I couldn't get through on the phone, and I had no explanation. It's a shocking way to do business, and I'm surprised that they still have business.

I only have limited experience with this company, as an Amazon customer whose parcels were supposed to be delivered by them. Entering a tracking number takes you a site that reads like a Chinese translation("Tracking number in below online automatic tracker to view real time"). This takes you to another site that has no mention of tracking at all. To date, I'm hoping the parcels will eventually arrive.

Was going to be out all day so chose a service point(shop ) to collect the next day. driver 5 hours late and shop was shut now gone back to the depot! No correspondence shut for weekend! Horrendous customer service! Was very important

I ordered the Portable Salt Cave and received it on Sunday November 17th broken. I have contact the portable salt cave customer service and as of now have received no reply. I paid over $111 US dollars(I even paid $19.99 for express shipping) I want to return the damage item and get a Full Refund. can someone help me please. Thank you

They handle overseas deliveries (such as Amazon US) over to Hermes. Most of the times they underpay the local carriers and as a result the parcels are returned to vendors as the carriers refuse to deliver! I have a parcel which is stuck in the tracking info (who knows where it actually is) for a week now and I will most probably never going to receive as it will end up back to Amazon USA. Great job jokers (y)

Appalling customer service! Their tracking tells you your parcel will be delivered before 8pm - so you wait in all day, then at 7.55 you get a message 'something went wrong it will be delivered within the next 5 days! surely they could tell you that before 7.55pm! - its day after day, I feel like a prisoner in my own house, scared now to miss them as they probably won't come back!
