Later with the arrival of motor vehicles, house removals and storage became our main business. Slowly the general haulage side of the business was phased out and horses became a thing of the past. As you can see the first motor vehicles used to conduct house removals were not the most practical. But with time they were developed into purpose built removal vehicles that are fully equipped to cope with any house removal.
Hooleys Removals & Storage is a long-established family removals company. We operate a system which shows a full breakdown of our moving services charges, which includes VAT, insurance and supply of packing materials. Yes, up to a value of 25,000 on an indemnity basis; this however can be increased to a maximum of 100,000. Additional cover can be arranged. In the unlikely event of a damage/breakage happening, claims are dealt with efficiently and amicably.

Having paid a little extra than I needed, I was hoping for a service fitting of Hooleys Removals reputation. What we got was way beyond anything I could have hoped for. The team were fantastic! They arrived on time as planned, they followed the schedule they'd set, their packing was fast and very well done, but their personal professionalism was unreal.
They were very polite, helpful, understanding, flexible but most of all, they cared! I have no problem recommending this company, it's just a shame I only got to use them to move to a new house, which doesn't happen too often. If you need a removal company in Cheshire and South Manchester, these guys will would be my first choice.
