Simon Hall were professional and efficient. It was a complicated move and the schedule was tight, but they assessed how many vehicles were required, turned up bang on time, moved all our kit and delivered it 200 miles away the next day. They used the same removal people for the collection and the delivery, so we built a friendly rapport with them, which is helpful especially when fatigue sets in at the end of the day.

Despite drinking us out of coffee, or maybe because of, they took great care of our belongings with only very minor items broken (a small plant pot). Paddy, the team leader, was pleasant to work with and kept his crew working hard. Would fully recommend them.

Simon Hall handled a complex move competently and professionally from the very start. They made the move from Hampshire to the Cotswolds as stress free as possible and Yvette has been an absolute star. The removal team were friendly and helpful and we were impressed at how quickly they worked to get the job done. We would not hesitate in recommending them (as they were recommended to us).

I used Simon Hall to ship a grandfather clock and an antique chest from the UK to the USA. I dealt with everything remotely from my home in the USA and the whole process was smooth with excellent service throughout. The pieces arrived last week and I was amazed and impressed by how perfectly they were packed up in custom built crates. The cost was very reasonable for the level of service - still probably more than the pieces were worth but as family heirlooms they are priceless to me and were treated beautifully. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this company to anyone.

From the very first phone call Yvette at Simon Hall Ltd was extremely helpful and although we moved from London to Worcestershire, some 100 miles from their HQ, she was able to arrange for Paddy to call in and make an assessment of the load capacity required. This enabled a quotation with various options to be provided within a week. The day before the actual move date Paddy and his team packed all our breakables, loaded all our belongings, including numerous garden pots and plants in a separate van, took care of them all overnight and started unloading at our new home the next day before our arrival. Paddy and his team were very thorough and their care with the packing ensured that nothing was broken or damaged. I would definitely recommend Simon Hall and plan to use them again to collect and store furniture during our future house renovation.
