We had Farah and Fenwick to move us from Surbiton to West Sussex and from Mike, Julie and Angela in the office we were reassured every step of the way as we had problems fixing a completion date, the move was conducted over 4 days and we couldn't be more happy we the service we received, a big mention to Tony and Marcus who were ever present on all days, their enthusiasm and cheerful nature really took the sting out of a stressful time, nothing was too much trouble for these boys, everything carefully wrapped and packed, labelled and delivered to the right room, we cannot praise Farah and Fenwick enough, please use this firm you won't be disappointed Barry Weight

Critical: Professionalism, Responsiveness E mailed them, no response, phoned them and loads of sorrys and will e mail the quote you wanted. 3 days later Nothing. Phoned again, loads of sorrys yet again. Will e mail you the quote you wanted.3rd time nothing. What a company, defo dont bother with this 10p place. Would defo not trust them with my furniture.
