A thoroughly professional experience from beginning to end. We asked four companies to quote for our move from Tonbridge to Tunbridge Wells and Crutch Bros were by far the most impressive, being accommodating but also asking all the right questions about access etc. On completion day itself, the team worked hard and efficiently but always respectfully, and made a stressful occasion much more bearable. I would strongly recommend!

We moved a 6 weeks ago so this review is a litter over due. We cannot begin to say how great this company was. From the quotation to booking and the packing service. We had never used a packing service so were taken by surprise by the thoroughness of the packers. They made it all look so easy. They unassembled and assembled our beds and they were at the property before we were.

We recently moved over three days from Kent to Norfolk. Crutch Bros were professional from the quote process through to the planning and eventual moving operation. The whole team were approachable helpful and the guys on the actual move were patient, friendly and worked very hard indeed - we had a lot of stuff! The quote was very competitive versus others and I do not think we could have had a better moving experience. Well done Crutch Bros.

I received an excellent service from Crutch Bros and would highly recommend using them. They did my house move extremely quickly considering I had a lot of furniture, including a piano. Crutch Bros made me feel reassured and confident, the actual moving process on the day was as swift and stress-free as possible.

We have had a nightmare time - BUT Crutch have been brilliant. Moving out of our home into a rental property for building works. First property fell through at the last minute which meant frantic search for a new property and zero time to sort. We had to change the removal date goodness knows how many times and every single time Crutch did their best to juggle and to accommodate us. They did the packing for us as we were so short of time and without fail they turned up and were cheerful, calm and efficient. Highly recommend.

I have moved many times but Crutch Bros surpassed my expectations. Truly excellent service from start to finish. Great packing. Removal personnel courteous and efficient and went to extra lengths to make sure that we were happy, putting up beds and moving furniture once in to where we wanted it. Made a stressful day go smoothly. Recommend

We had a difficult sale and purchase process, with many changes of dates, but Crutch Brothers were very supportive and understanding. We were meant to move at the end of March, just before lock down, and they impressed us by opting to close to protect their staff and clients rather then continuing to operate as some other movers were. Their teams on the day of packing and moving were very friendly and efficient and they made the process extremely straight forward! we will not be moving again anytime soon. but we would definitely use them again in future and recommend them fully.

We were so pleased that we'd entrusted Crutch Brothers with our recent move. The lorry backed up outside our house at 8.30 as expected, carefully negotiating the roadworks that typically were right on our driveway come moving day. From then on, the team worked tirelessly emptying one house then putting our new house into order. We would definitely recommend this company. From initial survey to moving us, they were professional, polite, competent & friendly. Thank you very much for making a very stressful day a lot more manageable.
