Excellent professional and courteous team. Nothing was a problem. Everything was packed carefully and securely and arrived safely. Very innovative in ways to get our furniture into the house and garden. Office staff are brilliant and reassuring. Will definitely recommend Bells.

Can't even begin to say how impressed I was yesterday. Ade and Viktor did an outstanding job with my house move. Professional, friendly, hard working and really demonstrated the benefits of using a proper removal company. Outstanding!

We could not have asked for a better service. The three guys that moved us out were excellent across all aspects of the move. And then when it came to moving us in to the new home, several more chaps turned up to help which made the whole process so efficient and quick. Bell and Sons moved our house contents from Hinckley to storage in Blackburn over 2 days. The team, both office and removal's staff, at Bell and Sons made the actual removal simple and straightforward. Fixing our completion date was a nightmare but no matter how many times we called to check dates we always felt less anxious after the call with their friendly and helpful team.

Never was I made to feel like a nuisance and was always greeted warmly and positively. The team that moved us over the 2 days were wonderful. They were friendly, courteous, professional, helpful, hard working and always respectful of our property They made the process as relaxed as possible, nothing seemed too much trouble, even the Lancashire rain didn't dampen their spirits. Happy to highly recommend Bell and Sons.

We used Bell and Sons Removals for our house move in March 2022. The whole experience was excellent. We had a virtual video call to complete the quote which worked very well and we recieved a written quote very promptly following this. Despite the stress we had with our chain the team at Bell and Sons gave us good advice and were happy for us to call repeatedly to check availability for dates. Throughout, there was excellent communication and the office team were responsive, friendly, understanding and generally great to deal with. Booking the service once we had a completion date was very smooth.

We had a full packing service and it really took the stress out of trying to move with two young children. The packing team were brilliant and did a great job of packing up our entire house within just a few hours! I couldn't believe how efficient they were! As expected with such a professional team they were very careful with all our delicate ornaments etc and packed them very well.

On moving day the team were professional throughout and got us out of the house in good time to allow cleaning before handing the keys to the next owners. On arrival at our new house unpacking was efficient and they took care to ask me where I wanted items to go. They reconstructed our divan beds that they had taken apart for the move and even kindly repositioned one bed for me when I noticed it wasn't in the place we wanted it.

They are even going to come to collect all of the empty boxes when we have finally finished unpacking. I can't say enough good things about Bell and Sons. I would highly recommend them and would definitely use them again, although I hope we don't have to move now for a very very long time!

I used Bell & Sons packing and moving service. It was a short lead in time to the move but the administration was helpful and responsive. What has really stood out were the two individuals who were primarily responsible for packing, moving and unloading my belongings. They were friendly, courteous, knowledgeable and very helpful. On both days they were a huge help, for which I remain extremely grateful.

Professional, friendly and so efficient! I honestly cannot recommend Bell & Sons highly enough. From the quotation to moving day they have been extremely helpful. We had a difficult situation where we almost couldn't move on the day and at the very last minute had the keys - not once did they complain, and if anything they kept us calm and unloaded everything even though it was later than expected.

The movers were so professional and handled all our items with care. They dismantled and assembled out furniture with ease and made the whole process so streamlined. Special mention to Jade who was so helpful, friendly and most of all understanding throughout this process. If I was ever to move again, I would only go with Bell&Sons!

We moved on 28/10/21 and I would very much recommend using Bell and Sons. Jade was extremely understanding on the phone and was very helpful when trying to book. We were having issues getting a fixed date and Jade kept doing all she could to make sure they had availability. On moving day the crew that came could not do enough. All day they were asking if there was anything else they could do.

They worked so hard and went the extra mile to get our sofa out of a balcony on the middle floor when removing our furniture from the old property. They were very approachable and could not do enough. Thank you for all your help Bell & Sons!

What a team! Bell & Sons moved us last Friday 29th. We all know what a stressful day house moving day is and having the right team move you is critical to the experience. We got the right team with Gary, Tony and Joe! Professional, Hard working, Careful, Caring and most importantly kind! Nothing and I mean absolutely NOTHING was too much trouble. I don't want to sound soppy but we were not only physically moved by the team but emotionally too! We were glad BUT very sad to see them go! Bell & Son's these guys were awesome! This was the first time I had used a removal service and I can thoroughly recommend it. From the beginning Bell and Sons were helpful and informative. There was a last minute change in circumstances which was accommodated for. The packing service was precise and care was taken throughout. It took the stress out of sorting and packing. On the day, my belongings were packed efficiently and carefully.

Unfortunately there were delays on my buyers side which were very frustrating for everybody however when I did finally get my keys, everything was placed in my new home with care and consideration. In fact, lots of members of the team came to complete the job and for this I am very grateful. I have already recommended the company to friends and family. Thank you once again.

Having never moved house before, we approached the whole process with some trepidation. After contacting several firms for quotes, however, we had no hesitation in selecting Bell & Sons. Firstly, the survey of our goods and chattels, was carried out by a personal visit to our home, not by a virtual tour of the rooms. Secondly, when the quotation arrived, it was very detailed and comprehensive.

We knew exactly what we were paying for, what they would do and what we were expected to do. They also provided prices of extra services that might be needed. Rachel and her team were extremely helpful when it came to arranging a date for our removal which tied in with our completion date. This was happening in the last week of the Stamp Duty holiday, when removal firms were very working flat out to fit in all their clients. Rachel was a star, she had a complete grasp of the situation and we felt she would be able to sort everything out for us. and she did.

On removal day, George, Simon and Jack turned up promptly, despite the torrential downpour that had occurred earlier. They were quiet and methodical in the way they moved from room to room making an inventory of our furniture and labelling all the boxes. They handled our possessions with care, and we're unflappable, even managing to navigate our large three seater settee safely through the house and onto the lorry.

All in all, we felt we were in the hands of expert professionals. We would certainly recommend them to anyone weighing up the pros and cons of selecting a removal company, they're simply the best.

We hadn't moved house for nearly 30 years, so were not looking forward to the whole packing and moving process. But we needn't have worried. Friends recommended Bells and having now used them, we can understand why. This is a family run business so lines of communication are short. This makes speaking to them easy, and not a chore. And there is strong onus on customer service.

From the office right through to the actual removal team everything was made as easy and stress free as possible. They were efficient and effective and very professional in the way they handled everything. And.not an egg cup was broken! We would not hesitate to recommend them.

The team at Bell and Sons were absolutely amazing. From the initial Virtual Survey, the advice and guidance was so helpful and reassuring. On moving day our stress levels were through the roof. However as soon as the team arrived and they said "Don't worry we'll handle everything". We immediately felt much better and they Did literally handle everything.

They were polite, courteous. They were also clean, tidy and very careful. It felt like they went above and beyond to ensure that our move was as smooth as possible. I could not recommend them enough.
