Using MoveStore was the best decision I made when moving from Dyce to Edinburgh. Cameron kept me informed as to what was happening and Andy and Eric were superbat loading up all my stuff and transporting it safely to storage in Edinburgh. They were very professional, friendly, polite and helpful. The subsequent delivery from storage to my flat in Edinburgh went smoothly too. I would have no hesitation in recommending MoveStore as they made the move stress- free.

I would recommend this firm. They provided a fast, efficient service and the guys were polite, helpful, cheerful and reassuring. Very straightforward dealing with the main office (Cameron), responded quickly to queries. One or two glitches were sorted quickly, and they were fine with the bit of delay caused by us having to collect keys some distance away. They came back promptly when I needed them to take away the empty boxes and packaging, which was particularly helpful. All in all, an excellent team and I'd use them again.

Eric, Cameron and team were impeccably polite, professional and accommodating - nothing was too much trouble for them. The guys at Move Store were great - they remained friendly and professional throughout. They were quick to respond to any of our queries, packed up all our stuff efficiently and were patient / understanding when our move was delayed a bit. We moved from Edinburgh to Martins Heron, Berkshire in June 2024. From start to finish MoveStore provided a first rate, professional and competitively priced service from the surveyors tothe movers. None of our possesions were damaged, chipped or marked in any way, superb. Eric and Ali's customer service, manner and effeceincy were excellent, making the whole experience less stressful and organised. We would highly recommend MoveStore.

I cannot recommend MoveStore enough if you are looking to move in Edinburgh! As it was my first time moving I was really unsure of exactly what I would need. Cameron organised a video call to determine how many boxes I would need and give me a very reasonable quote. On the day of moving the team were bang on time and very accommodating. They had all my goods moved very quickly and efficiently with excellent customer service - I truly cannot recommend them enough!

I can totally recommend MoveStore. The removals team was the best I've ever used - all smiles and supportive through the worst that Storm Babet could throw at us, patiently putting on and removing shoes as they took our stuff out of the house, protecting anything delicate or expensive with padded covers, and even offering a sympathetic ear when the whole day suddenly felt a bit overwhelming. We cannot recommend MoveStore enough. Cameron and the team were professional, efficient, friendly and accommodating. Nothing was a bother - from moving awkwardly shaped furniture to needing last minute storage. Communication was excellent from start to finish. Our belongings were well protected and the level of care when moving our furniture was first class, making sure doors, floors and carpets were also protected during the removal and delivery. Thank you guys for making an already stressful process of moving house so much easier. If anyones needing a removals company, look no further than MoveStore!

Highly recommended. I was needing a company to move, store and move again my household effects as a result of selling my property about five months before my new-build was going to be complete. I did considerable research into the removals and storage market and selected MoveStore on a combination of price, reviews and first-class communications with James Morris. My circumstances have changed which means that I am no longer needing a removal/storage service, but I have no doubt that MoveStore would have provided an excellent service.

I'm inexcusably late with this review so my apologies! MoveStore did our flat move for us last July and it couldn't have been a more positive experience. The whole team were SO helpful, friendly and incredibly hard-working. I was mainly in touch with James who was very friendly and professional and he maintained excellent communication leading up to and during the moving day.
On moving day, the whole team were fantastic and worked tirelessly the entire time (on an absolutely sweltering day), moving everything for us and disassembling/ reassembling all our furniture carefully, and they were extremely thorough during the whole process. Not one thing was broken or damaged and nothing was left behind or lost during the move. We were so massively pleased with them and can't thank the team enough for their professionalism, diligence and kindness. I'd recommend them to anybody! Thank you again :)
