I hired Best London Removals Ltd for our recent house move. We were very happy with our experience. We used a packing and removal service, so 3 men assisted with some of the packing and removals a day early. On the day of the house move, 4 men helped to get everything ready to move, including dismantling furniture, packing, and loading. The team lead was excellent as he used his DIY skills with larger furniture to get it all out of the old house safely.

The team were ready to unload all boxes and assemble furniture at the new house as soon as legal completion went through. The entire team was hardworking, polite, and professional. The whole process was remarkably smooth and stress free. A great job and in particular, our thanks to Ivelin and Phillip for their good communication on both days.

I was recommended Best London Removals and I was very pleased with the service provided. We had numerous changes of date and Ivelin was always patient and answered my emails promptly and professionally. The team on the day were extremely hardworking and got all our belongings to the new house without any problems. Care was taken with everything and furniture was wrapped then placed in the relevant rooms and set up where possible. They did a brilliant job and I would highly recommend them to anyone.

In November 2021 we relocated 90 miles from London to the south coast, we hired BestLondonRemovals due to their competitive price and excellent reviews, and true to their name I believe they were the best. Incredible service, highly recommend Best London Removals! Everything from the initial booking request to the move itself was exceptionally professional. We had two really lovely guys who took so much care with our belongings, everything arrived in perfect condition. They were also really accommodating and found a solution when our parking area was not ideal to access. The pricing is also very transparent and reasonable, especially for the high quality provided.

Best London removals helped us move from a building that had very strict removal rules (no service lift and we lived on a higher floor) to storage then from storage to our new home. We were impressed because nothing broke during the move, not even a cup! Ivelin was helpful with our questions and communicative. Excellent removals experience for my move from London to Birmingham. Ivelin was very quick to get back to me with an estimate quote after I posted my request on Ready Move and easy to contact to discuss details in person. He answered all my questions and it was clear that he had a lot of experience and knowledge. The invoicing for the advance and final payment was very prompt and professionally organised. Ivelin contacted me the day before the move date just to make sure all was on track.

The removals team on the day Philip and Nick were fantastic: very punctual, knowledgeable, calm and reassuring. They took great care with protecting the furniture items from inside the flat to the van and not just in the van. They arrived on time in Birmingham and unloaded everything with great care (no scuffing of the walls and very careful with the flooring) and placed the furniture where indicated.

New bed assembly was professionally dealt with and fairly priced. Ivelin and his removals team took the stress out of the inter-city move. I wholeheartedly recommend and would happily use this company again

Great service and value Ivelin was quick to respond to queries, if they take a little longer it's because they're out doing removals. We used them twice for a move from 2 bed flat to storage 1h30 away to a house 1h10 away. Each time Filip and his team were punctual, careful with our items including wrapping, dismantling, reassembling and efficient with the move.
