They are very punctual. The team arrived on time and finished collecting my household in about 2.5 hours. I had forgot a bike in the basement, they made a separate trip to come and pick it up! Their charges also very reasonable. They allows you to pay after the service is complete, unlike several other companies I contacted which expect some downpayment. I'll definitely use their services again.

I can honestly hand on heart say that Craig and his whole team were nothing but professional! We have custom made furniture which is hand carved from solid wood and weighs a tonne! Another extremely large, heavy and difficult piece was the 25mm glass for the dining table! Every item was handled with extreme care!
