Critical: Professionalism This business is unable to move pianos. They damaged my property and have not responded to my emails or telephone calls following the problem. I had to ask the team to leave my house. I am still waiting for a refund. They insisted that they were professionals - they are not!

Amazing from start to finish. Amy was fantastic at arranging everything and and between him and Steve (who came to visit us to quote) we were extremely reassured that everything will be done. Really took the stress out of the whole thing. On the dayt hey were with us on time and (like many of the other reviews say)they were hard working all day. they had the van packed in about 2 hrs we thought it would be alot more

We used k1 Removals for a full pack and moving service and they were just absolutely brill. I was very impressed by their level of service and their professionalism. They took amazing care of all of our antiques and other fragile items whilst packing, dismantled all the furniture, placed the boxes in appropriate rooms and re-assembled the furniture at the new house. They kept checking with us about how we wanted certain items to be packed and where those items would go in the new house. Amazing company and an awesome team!

Critical: Professionalism, Quality, Responsiveness Agreed on price well in advance. Paid deposit. Called me just afew hours the removal and requested price uplift as they "misquote". I dropped them off. Fortunately, I was not constrained by time and scheduled a removal for another day with another company.
