Britannia Fleet Removals & Storage

On the 12th November 2021, the dream team of Mal, Luke and Zoltan came to remove our belongings from storage in Liverpool. We moved from a five Bedroom house so there was a large amount of furniture and contents to pack. They were brilliant from start to finish, we couldn't recommend them highly enough. Hard working professional, polite, cheerful, positive, these three men are a total credit and an asset to the company. Very well done.

We used Britannia for our house move at the end of June. Ste, Carl and John were all fantastic. It was a really stressful day but they were so efficient and helpful and their humour certainly made a tough day really enjoyable. They are a credit to your company as are the office team who did a great job getting us fitted in before the stamp duty holiday deadline.

We moved a short distance on 29th Sept. After many quotes from various companies and a visit by Mal to survey our items to move, we went with Britannia Fleet. Good boxes & tape were provided in plenty of time for packing. many other firms don't offer this. On the day Mal & Dean arrived and were super. Really nice lads, helpful, polite, careful & knew what they were doing - moved the upright piano no prob!

The large van was loaded up and it was just one trip. some other companies wanted two trips or three vans. plenty of potential for problems. Unfortunately we were stung by a waiting charge but that would have been charged by other companies too. This was due to our buyer's solicitors being useless & slow. Would definitely use again & recommend to friends & family. Many thanks.

My Britannia reference for the move was 101239. It involved the removal of effects from Liverpool, storage at the Knowsley warehouse and eventually, after five months storage, transferring these to an address in Ellesmere Port. At all stages I was completely satisfied with the care taken in the handling of my goods. The operatives, Mal, Ben and John, were very polite and no request was too much trouble. Should the situation arise I will not hesitate to use them again.

I needed storage at a short notice. Chris at Britannia Fleet was very accommodating. We signed a contract and I had a place to store my stock. The team is very friendly and helpful. My delivery was slightly messed up but the team at Britannia Fleet did not fuss about. They took it in. I would say this is the best place for a business as you get a bespoke and tailored service to suit your business needs. Very flexible. I would highly recommend them.

We moved from the Northwest to the Southeast back in December. The removal was over 2 days and the two guys Tommy and Gary were great. We had breakables packed for us and found it a great service. Fantastic service from Britannia Fleet. Boxes, paper, tape and marker pens were provided in advance so we could start packing. We moved from Essex to the North West and needed to store our furniture whilst in temporary accommodation all of which seemed a daunting prospect but the staff at Britannia made it very painless and affordable. We were kept advised of the likely time of arrival of the team and knew exactly when to expect them. Ian and Terry worked wonders.

Everything was carefully packed and manoeuvred and the furniture disappeared into the container in no time with good humour and no fuss at all. The guys were happy to load some items last which they delivered to us in our temporary home the next day before taking the rest off for storage, ready to be moved to our new home as part of our original package. The storage rate is competitive and it is a relief not to have to unload and reload our furniture for the final move. An excellent service that I highly recommend.

Moving without the help of a removals team would would never be an option for me again - they made life so easy. I moved on 30th Sept and it went very smoothly. Barrie and Aaron were very professional. impeccable manners so polite and courteous. They took great care of my belongings, placing everything in the rooms I had instructed them to. This made unpacking and getting organised easy.

I moved in on Monday afternoon and by Wednesday lunchtime it was like I'd lived here forever. The office staff were very helpful too putting up with me when I got a bit stressed as completion date loomed. In particular I found Wes was very helpful. I had 3 quotes from various companies two of which were comparable. I was not sure which one to go with because both of the companies had given me faith that they were professional when they had visited me to price the job.

We received a really great service from all the crew at Brittania, Amanda in the office was great, rescheduling our move after having to postpone due to the Corona Virus lockdown, Terry and Chris the removal guys on the day were brilliant, very cheery and hardworking, nothing was too much trouble.

Fabulous crew of 3 men did my removal. Packed what I couldn’t, dismantled my bed, put it back together at new address. Nothing was too much trouble. I called them the3 stooges, not because they were slapstick, any thing but. Their camaraderie cheered me up on very depressing day, they were pleasant, worked really hard, put everything where I wanted.

Professional from start to finish and a very competitive price too. No hassle on the initial survey, straight forward pricing options, great communication in the build up and both crews on packing and unpacking were excellent nothing too much trouble and took great care of our furniture. We also had the packing service for fragile items and this was money well spent. Moving is a stressful experience and Britannia made it so straight forward. It was my third house move and first with a professional company. If we do it again it will be Britannia.

We've just completed a move from Liverpool to Cambridge with Britannia, and it went very smoothly despite being arranged at quite short notice.

Britannia quoted us a lower price than either Pickfords or Bishopsmove, and were also the only firm to give us a copy of the survey so we could check it was accurate before committing. The office staff were also very helpful in answering our queries.

Our moving team - Ste, Dean and Frank - were great. Friendly, polite and professional, and they got the job done at both ends with no fuss at all and quicker than we'd expected. Overall highly recommended.
