After being referred by a friend, I was really impressed with the team who packed and moved me - the team was incredibly professional and worked hard to ensure that my belongings are handled in the same way I would. We used VP Smart Removals to move house last year. The removal staff were friendly and helpful and did a great job on the day. Unfortunately one crate went missing and never turned up. It was an open crate with a number of expensive items visible. This was really frustrating as some of the contents were of sentimental value as well as newer expensive purchases.

All the crates and boxes where valuable items weren't visible were fine. Slightly suspicious! The move took several hours longer than expected so we signed the checklist once everything had been loaded without checking all of the crates / boxes. As a result we could not claim insurance. The customer services at VP Smart Removals couldn't help and actually took quite a defensive tone.

They even accused me of defamation of character! The police were also unable to help as we did not have enough evidence. If you do these guys make sure you do a full inventory before and after the move before signing anything and keep any expensive items hidden.

An excellent removal company. Responsive and helpful pre-sale support. On the day removal. Very friendly and accommodating removal men. Couldn't have gone smoother or better. Highly recommend

Very happy with both removals and end of tenancy cleaning. After another agency stood me up last minute (Fantastic Services) I had to find someone at very short notice. Ana was very helpful and even responded to me outside her working hours. The cleaners were amazing, very friendly, professional and flexible. I was unlucky that a fuse blew and all the lights went out and they were kind enough to keep cleaning and left everything sparkling.

Excellent 5* Customer Service. We used VP Smart for our move from London to the Midlands & their service was exceptional from our first call. Ana sorted everything out promptly & was flexible when we needed to change anything. On the day the 2 guys arrived on time, were polite & friendly at all times. I had a fantastic experience with VP Smart Removals and they took a huge amount of stress out of the move. They were great, packed up my flat the day before the move, then cleared my property so quickly on the move day. They were also fantastic with unloading at the other end, putting beds and cupboards back up so quickly and even putting a lot of my belongings into the attic. Moving house can be a stressful time, and having a team of unknown people take all of your worldly belongings, pack them up and transport them to your new home forces you to place a lot of trust in them. Gabriella started us off by being very responsive, informative and flexible when planning the move, earning that trust. The removal teams themselves were fantastic.

Really professional, incredible parking skills, so positive and energetic even when it got a bit stressful parking in our new place - honestly we couldn't have asked for anything more. Would highly recommend.

I had a very bad experience with VP end of tenancy cleaning. I had taken their removals service and it was very good. So, I am not biased. However, their end of tenancy removals was not done properly. I am happy to share the details if anyone plans to take their service. Please contact me on cspranam@gmail.com. The part that upset me was the way I was treated by the owner of VP. He yelled at me and threatened me on the phone. Is this the way to treat a customer ? Ideally, I should have got a refund but instead all I got was bad treatment.

I had an amazing experience with VP Smart Removals. I would highly recommend them to my family and friends. I have used them twice and both times the staff were professional, friendly and flexible. They made the whole move stress free. Ana was extremely helpful on the phone and Ivo and the team were a pleasure to work with even when our completion date had to be moved at the last minute.

Very impressed with VP Smart who helped with our recent move from London to Edinburgh. Nicolai, Caesar, Peter and Victor were all friendly, polite and did a really professional job. We had been worrying about the move but once they arrived and got started we had complete confidence that our belongings would be well looked after and sure enough everything arrived safe and sound the next morning.

They even helped with disassembling a couple of large items of furniture and moving a bed that was already at our new flat, none of which I had asked for in advance but was really appreciated. Great value and highly recommended.

I moved home in the last week of October and I hired VP smart removals for do the removal for South of London to Scotland... after a few quotes for anothers companies I choose VP smart and I don't regret it at all. What an amazing work the guys did, very polite and professional, nothing was too much trouble they worked really hard always with a smile.

They arrived always before the time schedule. I couldn't be more happier with the services from the estimator that went to my house for the quote, with the team in the office that wad always ready to help and answer to my questions and off course the brilliant removal team that did the job they both amazing in what they do. The best removal company we’ve ever used, and we’ve used a few over the years. They work very hard. They’re very polite and courteous. They’re very careful and ask exactly where you want the boxes. We will definitely use them in the future and have already recommended to friends.

They were really helpful in moving my things from a house to a first floor flat and then even helped my dad by moving the sofas about which isnt even part of their job. They put everything in delicately and nothing got broken, would recommend.

I received great service from this company from start to finish, great communications and very friendly customer service. The moving team who came had all the equipment, new van, tools (to disassemble my flat pack wardrobe), blankets etc and they were courteous, professional and very efficient. Their time keeping was exceptional they came early to get a good parking spot and worked at a very fast pace. I was really impressed with the whole experience.

The two men arrived on time, were very professional, (even asked to take their shoes off!), moved everything with lightning speed and were so quiet throughout the whole process. In the van, they kept some purpose blankets to cover the furniture so that it doesn’t get damaged during transport (for us it was just a 20 min drive). Best company around!
