Difficulties having packing materials delivered, was asked to delay the date of the move the day before the original date(!), moving crew were less than friendly. However they did get it done in good time with nothing damaged or broken.

Not happy with customer service. After initially getting a quote almost a year ago and constantly keeping them updated since then through several failed house sales, two weeks before the move they've now said they're fully booked. I understand that it is not fully confirmed before exchange but we are due to exchange any minute and now I am left without removals.

I offered to pay a deposit to secure the date weeks ago but they refused. I just don't understand what else I could have done to avoid this and now I have to find someone else last minute. When I said this to them they just said there's nothing they can do.

I was going to leave a negative review of the experience I had with this company but two of their workers called George and Mike were amazing. I highly recommend to use if you decide to use their removal services

Simple and straight forward booking and good communication. Booked provisionally for a Monday move, date changed a couple of times and ended as being a Friday, busiest day of the week for removal companies but they changed dates at no additional cost. Removal guys were efficient, 4 guys on a 5 bed house, they realised there'd under estimated the amount to move, sent an additional van and two men at no extra charge. What could have been a problem on a stressful move was smoothed over with a ' can do' attitude and a smile.

Can't rate the Trunk team highly enough. From the video consultation and quotation, the booking process and receipt of packing cases, all was seamless. The actual move team were incredible. Jay and Chris put our minds at ease from the first courtesy phone call to tell us their ETA and enquire how we were. They assured us that they would take the stress of the moving day away from us and they delivered 100%.

They manoeuvred all our furniture with skill and expertise on what must have been the worst day of the year to move as we experienced arctic winds and snow blizzards. They worked tirelessly to pack the trucks with speed and efficiency and were really friendly and helpful. The care and consideration for our belongings and pets was really touching and they unpacked on arrival in the same efficient and seamless manner.

Very poor service. The removals team had no respect for our possessions and were aggressive. Clearly didn't want to be doing the job. Packing was poor with damage caused to a number of items. Plants were packed in boxes with heavier items placed on top. 600 worth of damage caused to an antique longcase clock for which they are refusing to take responsibility. Very definitely wouldn't recommend.

Trunk logistics moved my mum for me and the service was outstanding. They turned up on time and even called on the way. The lads that turned up were friendly and very efficient. We were in the new place in double quick time and nothing seemed to be too much trouble.

Moved from Rochester to Whitstable a week ago and these guys were absolutely brilliant. They arrived on time, loaded the vans in record time and got us to our new property, unloaded everything and were gone by 2pm. Nothing was too much trouble and I would definitely recommend these guys to anyone.

Had a really good experience with Trunk. From arranging a video call for the quote right through to moving day. Found the team really responsive & there was no such thing as a stupid question. On the day the gents were running slightly late, but I had a call in good time letting me know. They made quick work of the removal (everything was already packed) & unloading was also done in no time at all.

No issues with them whatsoever - they were fab. In the unboxing there was 1 broken bowl but that was down to how well I packed it would definitely use them again - thanks so much

I have been extremely impressed with Truck Logistics' service from beginning to end. As we all know, moving house is a very stressful experience and Trunk were wonderful adding no further stress to the process. They provided an early quote but did not put any pressure. They conducted a survey of my home and were friendly and professional. Their call centre staff were helpful and polite and provided all the information I needed.

On the day, the movers arrived on time and were respectful, fast and careful with my property and possessions. They made no mess and absolutely nothing was damaged in the moving process. The price for their service was wonderfully reasonable. I highly recommend Trunk Logistics!

Showed up on time, were very professional. Loaded their trucks in less than 1 hour (3 bedroom house). and the same at the other end. We were very happy and do recommend them for whatever your needs are.

We recently moved within Cambridge and compared a couple of quotes and services before choosing Trunk Logistics. From the beginning of the process, they were reliable, always called back when they said they would and were very helpful in coordinating everything prior to the big day. On the day, a team of three arrived on time and made sure the move was going well in a courteous manner.

Everything went well and all furniture was set up by 2PM, so we could get started unpacking. This company is a bit more expensive than other quotes I've seen, but I'd rather pay more and get better service than save money on something like this.

Firstly I would like to thank all the staff, for the support, as we had several moving dates and they always accommodated this into their schedule. On the day of our move from essex to Norfolk all 4 staff were prompt, hardworking and very friendly. I would strongly recommend trunk logistics as they certainly made a difficult day look easy

Very punctual and fast. They did the job very well transporting my furniture from London to Tunbridge Wells without breaking/damaging anything. The price for this service was absolutely low compared to other companies we had previously called for quotes. Absolutely satisfied!

I used Trunk Logistics to move home. They arrived early, and loaded the vans very efficiently. They checked in with me at numerous stages during the day and were helpful throughout. Once we had access to the new property they moved everything in just as efficiently placing boxes and furniture exactly where I requested. There were no breakages or damages at all. I would definitely recommend this company and the polite and helpful removal staff and also the staff in the office. Customer service was second to none.

Dean and his men moved us from Basildon to Leicester they were quick. Lovely men to talk too and were so careful with our furniture. Would use them again.they put all our goods into a storage containers. Thank you guys for making our move perfect.

After getting a few quotes I decided on booking with Trunk logistics. Pat arranged my survey and I received my quote on the same day. It's wasn't the cheapest quote but they made me feel very relaxed about the whole thing, explaining the process as we went along. I had to move my provisionally date a few times and Jamie and Jack in the customer service team were more than happy to help and accommodate me.

The day of the move came and unfortunately there was a lot of traffic but I was made fully aware and was kept updated. Lenny, AJ and Nabeel turned up, they couldn't do enough for me. They were loaded by lunch time and on the road to my new house. The unload went just as smooth, they even waited outside the new house for me to get the keys. I would definitely recommend.

Trunk Logistics provided me with a fantastic service when moving home. We had some issues with our completion date and then had to move pretty quickly and they went out there way to accommodate us. The team were pleasant, friendly and very quick at packing up and moving us to our new home. The team at the office were very helpful and always available for any questions. Emma in particular was very helpful. I would highly recommend this company.
