Worst service ever - lost one of my boxes, and damaged my monitor and didnt bother to help at all. Directed me to the claims team which never responded to any emails. DO NOT USE ITS A SCAM ANS FULLY UNPROFFESIONAL. PRETEND TO BE PROFESSIONAL BUT IN REALLITY THEY ARE NOT. DO NOT USE DO NOT USE DO NOT USE. 0 stars given.

Awful at communication, couldn't end up booking with them because they failed to comprehend the basic information sent to them in an email, and don't have the ability to have a call online, so only option to call them is via the phone, which when you are already out of the country is expensive. Waited days for a reply every time I sent an email, and they would ignore all the questions that were actually in the emails.

Terrible company from the get go. Promised delivery on day one. Then lied to us about that on day two. Lied again on day three, made a false promise on day four. Day five and still nothing, but more false promises. Lesson. if you dont know the facts dont make up lies. I would never ever ever recommend anyone go anywhere near this company. ever!

My stuff from Hong Kong arrived the port in UK at 21 September, and until now, now delivery arranged, no reply on email and no answer on phone call, the only contact is to ask me to pay for rent and demurrage fee, and say that will arrange after received the payment. Unfortunately I still didn't get any update even I make payment.

We had our belongings collected in May, with a designated time frame of 6-12 weeks from the UK to Canada. We're still waiting and it's November 1st tomorrow. Every time it's close to the advised arrival date we receive a generic email from the 3rd party company stating it has been delayed again. All our clothes and documents are in there. We don't have the funds and nor should we have to, to pay for a brand new wardrobe.
It's freezing here now and literally all our winter clothes are stuck at sea somewhere. The 3rd party can't even answer where in the world this freight is, and when we follow their advice and email our original point of contact at Anglo Pacific, we just get completely ignored. We've sent at least 3 emails requesting answers, but it's like we don't even exist. Had they just been upfront about the situation from the beginning we could have had some items send via air, but they didn't.
We keep being told it's because of Covid but Covid has been a thing for almost 2 years now so it should have been mentioned before we handed both our money and belongings over to this company.

Misleading! Dishonest! Look Elsewhere! AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE! They received delivery of my luggage on 25 June which will make 7 weeks this Friday. Their initial quote which I accepted upon payment stated shipment would take 6-12 weeks. I was never told otherwise before payment. Currently, the delivery time stands at 13 weeks. When I questioned my consignment status, Emily Mcginness stated it will now take 12-16 weeks.
They justified COVID restrictions have slowed their ability to meet their shipping estimates, but pleading ignorance is no excuse in business. It's unacceptable to mislead people when they entrust in you with their precious belongings. Furthermore, after checking their current estimated shipping times, they are still providing a 6-12 week soft assurance from their initial quotation system.
Please be avoid this shipper at all costs as you may have to wait longer than you wished for. I doubt they will meet the 16 week assurance of delivery which they promised after I paid! Update (13 August 2021): After consecutively lying to my face, the insult was rammed home when they offered a discount of 10 for the "faster" Air Freight alternative.
The initial quote was 671.76 and Emily McGinness (which I doubt is her real name) offered the same service months later for 661.76! Update (17 August 2021): Only after I threw up a fuss, I was quickly notified that my consignment has been loaded. It is currently on its way and set to arrive on 22 October. My total wait time is estimated at 4 months. Keep this in mind.

A failure and a danger to the public. I am experienced with international moves and had with them the worst experience of my life. Before the move I had two cost proposals, one from them and another from Abel Move (AM). AM cost was the double from AP. I spoke to AM and they seriously cautioned me against using AP saying it has a bad name and they use subcontractors, whereas AM is a family company that does everything with the same crew, from packing until unpacking including sailing.
I moved to Israel in July this year with AP and will regret this for the rest of my life. They came to my UK house to pack my library without bringing enough boxes. When I told them so their reply was "why do I have so many books" saying that "nobody reads these days". I had to complain to the main office and they agreed to send more boxes. The worst part of the story came afterwards.
It took them three months to ship my belongings to Israel for a journey that should take no more than 6 days. My belongings were finally delivered to Ashdod (not that the staff in Glasgow had any idea about the geography of the State of Israel. I had to mail them endless times.). Yet, although I was promised that the subcontractors in Israel will unpack my belongings, when they arrived they told me that AP had issued an instruction against unpacking.
As a 69 year old fellow (myself) I suddenly found alone at my Israeli house with 62 boxes to unpack. The Israeli crew, honouring the best traditions of Jewish Israeli solidarity, decided kindly to assist me, expressly disobeying AP orders (if I can make a comparison, it was like in the days prior to 1948, when the British issued their colonial orders in London for us to do what we wanted and had to do in then Palestine). AP behaves in a manner compatible with imperial view more than in a manner compatible with dealing with a sovereign State and highly respected people like myself.
From an office in dark and gloomy Glasgow they believe they manage the full world (why Anglo Pacific, by the way? What are the Pacific interests?). There is a strong difference between them and AM, which do everything by themselves, packing, transporting, sailing, and delivering, with no subcontractors, and they have a clear office in lovely London.
Lesson to learn: Your next International move should be with AM. Stay away from AP. I have more things to move and have already arranged with AM. Here in Israel we do know th Bible very well: If Abel Move is Abel, Anglo Pacific is Caine. And a clear danger to health and safety.

I've been waiting since September 2021 for my groupage container (Left RSA in May 2021) to be cleared by customs. ZERO communication or feedback from Anglo Pacific. No help, no sympathy, no following up, no chasing and utterly rude staff. We are aware of the shipment and port issues, the lack of help, feedback and service is however unacceptable.

Absolutely awful. Very good at giving impression of professionalism over the phone, getting paperwork setup for moving my stuff from UK to Oz. and it went downhill from there. I packaged up everything to be shipped in tough removal boxes, lined with bbubble wrap. All boxes marked clearly with the weight, correct way up etc. etc. I knew things were going south (both figuratively and literally) when the local courier showed up to load the boxes, and he *LITERALLY* (and I mean *LITERALLY*) picked up the boxes and THREW them into the back of the van.
They arrived at my home (which is just outside of Sydney, so hardly an arduous overland journey) a month later than promised, and *COMPLETELY* and utterly destroyed. It was just a pile of junk. Electronics arrived quite literally in pieces. Absolutely shocking. I paid over $1000 to ship my things, and I might well have just taken them to local tip in the UK and recycled the lot, because that's all I did with the stuff that made it here. Utterly, utterly useless service. If could give zero stars, I would.

Amazing service. I have read some of these negative comments and I don't agree with them. This service was extremely fast it took 5 days in total from Thursday the day of pick in London to drop off in NJ in-front of my door Tuesday. I recommend this service to anyone who has luggage stored or stuck in London

My daughter shipped her personal goods from her exchange university in the UK back home to Australia. The Anglo Pacific team provided excellent service and support prior to shipping to ensure everything was completed on time and with no delays. We received regular updates prior to departure from the UK and again when the boxes arrived in Australia and delivered to our door with no problems at all. We made a big effort to understand how things should be packed etc before we chose a company, and also the variables re the move of stuff in terms of liability while things were at sea, customs charges, and time frames. Everything Anglo could control went 100% smoothly, everyone was very nice and responsive and our stuff got from London - NZ in tact and as promised. We would use them again.

We wanted to ship my husband’s bicycle from the U.K. to Abu Dhabi where we are living, we looked into lots of companies and Anglo Pacific were the cheapest and there were no hidden costs. They were very helpful from the outset and were quick to help us with our order and with issuing quotes. They were incredibly helpful in setting everything up from collecting the item, to delivery. Leah was our point of contact and we had a few questions along the way, she was very helpful and friendly and always gave us reassurance- we had never shipped anything before and we felt like we were in very good hands. Needless to say the bike was delivered earlier than expected and in perfect condition. We will most definitely be using them again for our future shipping needs. Of all the services of any kind (not only removal companies) I have ever used, Anglo Pacific was the best and most efficient ever. I really mean that.

Thorough and very professional pack, walked through prior to pack to clarify exactly what was to be packed, walk through after to make sure I was happy there was no damage, and nothing was left aside. I was a bit skeptical to use Anglo Pacific at first due to some bad reviews, but they offered the most flexibility and best price so I used them for my London to New York move. I experienced exceptional service at each step - boxes and tape were delivered the very next day, packing was offered for anything I needed, pickup and delivery was smooth and courteous, arrival was well at the fast end of the window, everything - even glassware made the trans-Atlantic in top shape. The team I dealt with at Anglo Pacific (Emily especially) we’re nothing short of fantastic. Used Anglo Pacific to send a few boxes from UK to Aus and would recommend for sure. It was easy and simple and I also got great tips like making sure the boxes were full so that things don't move about if the box is put on its side etc. They made sure I knew exactly what was and wasnt included and everything arrived as I had packed it. My experience with Anglo Pacific's shipping service was great. Everything was explained clearly and in detail regarding what was and was not included in the service. I didn't have a huge amount to send home after two years in the UK, so used their self packing service. An assortment of boxes were dropped off at my home on the day of my choice. I just used the ones that fitted my needs the best, arranged to have them collected. Everything arrived safely and within the timeframe that I had been advised. Would happily recommend Anglo Pacific to friends and family.
