Critical: Professionalism If there is a zero star option, I would go for it. We have used them for a small job to pack our personal effects. Poor quality service at every level with a high price. I found the guy who came to 'help' to be extremely rude and unprofessional his name was Matt. Really disgraceful service. I would never use them again.

I used the services of Lions Removals for my house move on 10/9/21. They moved some items to a temporary address, the bulk of my house contents into storage and they also removed a very heavy old office safe at the same time. Matt and Lewis made the whole thing fast and stress-free for me, which I really appreciated. True professionals. Would highly recommend and will definitely use again when my new home is ready! Excellent service from Matt & Brad to remove some very heavy church pews that were installed over a century ago. It was a hard job. In addition, we had a lot of other furniture & church stuff which they moved for a very competitive price. Very friendly & professional people. Will definitely use them again. Thank you guys. Really impressed with how efficient and professional this company is. The team arrived promptly and were completely hassle free. Lions Removals came out exactly as agreed to do a detailed quotation – and then the move happened less than 24 hours later. Everything was carefully wrapped and transported, with a high degree of efficiency and respect.
Boxes were left with us for emptying at our convenience, and collected when we were ready. I can’t fault Lions – they were fantastic! Would definitely use them again – highly recommended. ++++

From their arrival and checking the items I had to move, to their placing them where I wanted them in my new home, the move was done really efficiently and with excellent customer service from the two men involved. Communication about their arrival time and throughout the move was really good. I am so pleased with the work done as it made a daunting task go by quickly and exceeded my expectations for the move.

Arrived even earlier than they had said they would but that was useful.They were moving a piano. Very efficient and dealt with piano with no trouble. Covered piano very carefully with quilted cover like a large teacosy. They dealt very well with a slightly high step out of front door after easily negotiating an awkward turn into the hall. They didn’t touch the paintwork at all. They were equally efficient and competent at the other end of the journey I was told.

Was moving quite heavily packed flat to a new address. The driver Louis came in the arranged time slot and we loaded the van. He was very polite and helpful and secured the boxes in the truck especially the big TV with which he was very careful. He also helped unload everything off the van at the new addresses wheme my partner awaited him. Overall we are very happy with the service definitely more than what we expected. The whole job was done in 3 hours. Would definitely recommend and use again in future.
