Extremely secure, easy to access, and spotlessly clean. The added touch of water and sweets was a nice surprise. Setting up online was super simple, too. Based on the photos, I was half - expecting pink bunk beds - funny surprise!

Pink Storage is fantastic for storage and easy to use, from simple set up, all done online, to gaining access to the locker itself. Newport site is secure and has a simple layout allowing ease of access with a variety of vehicles to all lockers. Confirmation and Entrance Codes were emailed within minutes of process the payment. Very easy and simple to arrange

Easy process. The storage is clean and easy access. In the storage a couple of sweet and bottle of water was left for me.
The access is really 24/7 and no trouble to access.

The only down point is you cannot book in advance.

I've used Pink Storage a couple of times now in recent months and what stands out most is their high level of customer service. The units are always clean, well ventilated, dry and secure, albeit they are easy to access by the user. Camera security is nicely covert, but definitely present, and that's very reassuring. I would like to give a big shout out to Craig, as he kindly resolved a dilemma I found myself in and he couldn't have been more understanding and helpful. Suffice to say, when I needed emergency storage earlier in the year, the team did their best to accommodate me and kept their promise. In my humble opinion, this is a grade A+ company to do business with and I will use them again and again all the time I remain in this part of the world

The whole process was simple and easy to get started. The unit is clean and smelt nice when we opened it. Each time we have visited the unit we have found it easy to access and park up to empty the van. Thank you and I would highly recommend this site.

I rented a unit in caerphilly, had a lovely welcome pot of sweets and a bottle of water, unit was spotless and smelt very fresh, there was plenty of room, There was no fuss with renting this unit, Great company would STRONGLY recommend this company and will definitely use them again if need be.

I am sorry to write this as I was hoping for an easy and hassle free contingent rental in Bridgend. Due to an error on the website, we were given a container in Caerphilly instead of Bridgend. We called the hotline and the order was canceled and the money should be refunded. That's what we heard from the person we spoke to. It's been 3 weeks now and we still don't have a refund or invoice for this transaction. They do not respond to sent emails. Not recommended for Comercial.

The guys at Pink Storage are fantastic. Service has been brilliant from start to finish, containers are missive and I was inside it the same day as setting up the subscription. If I ever need storage in the future, this is where I will be coming back to.

One of the most uncomplicated and straightforward processes I have undertaken! No paperwork, deposit or lengthy application process, straightforward easy click if your phone buttons, takes less than 5 minutes and access codes straight to your phone in seconds! Within 15 minutes I was down unloading my Christmas decorations and the 'welcome' sweets a lovely touch on opening your unit for the first time! Excellent comms by mobile as well if you a query. Other companies take note, this is the way to do it! Highly recommend!

We booked the storage at the last minute and it was so easy to use! Within minutes of booking it we were able to start taking things down to the unit. We would highly recommend pink storage and if we ever need storage again then this is the company we would definitely go to.

We purchased our storage container with no stress at all online and had all the info sent to us straight away. I also phoned and checked before I purchased and the person on the phone answered all my questions and was very nice and helpful. The best touch had to be after driving back to the container ( 4hr drive) and not getting there till 11:30pm everything was straight forward and easy.

We opened the container and it smelled great and there was 2 bottles of water waiting for us, nice touch and very thoughtful after lugging furniture and driving all that way. Thanks and I would massively recommend

Quick and easy booking. Calls with queries were answered Promptly. Yes, the Newport site is still in process of completion but really have nothing negative to say about this company. Needed the unit due to house move & needed to store all our household goods. Very easy process in order to set up (all done online, literally took 2mins). The unit is immaculate & even smells good. Also an excellent size. Really impressed with the service, price (got it 50% off with current offer) & unit itself. Would definitely recommend. Also loved the fact you can speak to the site manger at any time, who was really helpful & friendly. Really impressed & would definitely use again.

Made my first visit this morning and although i havent put anything in it it yet I was impressed the container was clean both inside and out easy access to both site and container.

Great customer service & always someone to get hold of in the middle of the night if you have any concerns or problems. I was surprised to be able to get such great customer service at the most inconvenient time, staff are on hand to help with any issues you may have & even let me store ice of my cars in the storage containers. Would highly reccomend this place to anyone looking for storage!
