Ark Relocation

Seemed helpful and friendly at first and although their task was difficult due to the relocation of a large volume of furniture and belongings we where disapointed to later find a number of damaged items. There seemed little interest from ARC in addressing these issues hence only three stars. Unfortunately we would not be able to recommend this company.

The best removal company l've ever used. Professional, courteous, friendly, and moreover CAREFUL! They really understand the frustrations and stress that comes with house moving and take it all away. I honestly couldn't recommend them highly enough.

Gabby, Sarah and the removals team were brilliant from start to finish. Can't fault them. The team worked so hard on removals day (Friday 5th Feb). They were courteous and polite from the outset, professional (never complained once that we lived in a 3 storey townhouse!). Nothing broken (including 2 boxes of wine glasses). Exceptional service from the whole team from quote to finally moving.
Ian, Brendan and Theo did a really good job at packing and were very respectful as in the packing day we had to attend a virtual funeral.
Lots of banter and laughter really made it a pleasurable experience for us. A very thorough job on the packing and loading.
They come in and got on with the job.
When we arrived at the new house they made sure that the bedrooms were all set so we could sleep and furniture positioned in the living room.
Highly recommended for a friendly efficient service.

Phenomenal service and a wonderful team. Their professionalism, banter and willingness to go above and beyond ensured a smooth move.
It was my first experience of moving where I am not operations, logistics, the muscle and award winning smile and it will not be my last. (although I am not in a rush to move any time soon again)
They came highly recommended and the delivered. It really made moving my mums house an efficient process.
So if you are thinking about getting a company to do so, Gabe, Ian, Chris and the team have got you covered.

We had a terrible experience. When Gaby attended our house for an initial visit and quote we were very specific about what needed to be moved and exactly which floor of our new house it had to go in. We actually paid more to Ark than other quotes because he promised that his guys were the best and that all my antique furniture will be taken good care of.

When the movers came to our new property they got very annoyed when we said some furniture had to go to the 2nd floor, although this was initially discussed in the visit and during paperwork. Our wardrobe got broken somehow and it was shown to apparently be our fault. Although we were told to not need to wrap any of the furniture. When everything was dropped off it all looked ok and we hadn't actually checked but once we started unpacking we noticed, all my antique furniture had been damaged.

The same furniture Gabby told us not to wrap or do anything to as they will protect it. My antique furniture has folds on it from where it seems they may have stored heavy items on top of, the door has been pushed back meaning the clip is broken, this is furniture worth thousands due to its era. Additionally our table base has been chipped to the point that the brush steel material has scratched my feet and made it bleed for me to realise.

This is terrible service, very terrible. I sent an email a week later explaining what had happened and Gabbys daughter Sarah said he will call me back, he never did, not even an apology. Worst part is he lives two streets away so could have even dropped by to say sorry or at least acknowledge the situation. Never again will we use such a company or let anyone we know do so. Beware. Just because they are polite and have experience doesnt mean they are any good.

These guys are absolutely fantastic! Would definitely recommend.

A company who is happy to leave their vehicles parked in tiny residential areas causing trouble for neighbours and refusing to sort this problem out. Wouldn't trust them with your belongings.

Can not thank Gabriel & his team enough, you are amazing. We had several quotes for moving to Wales but chose Ark as they were not only reasonable cost wise but also made us feel that we could trust them with our possessions.
Gabriel & Sarah were very accommodating with the never ending change of moving date for which we are thankful & on the day the team turned up on time raring to go. Theo, Ian & Brendan worked tirelessly to get everything out in 2 hours which was amazing.

After a horrendous journey due to an accident on the M4 the guys turned up tired but were more worried that we would have beds for the night, always thinking of the customer. All we can say is if you are moving & want the best removal company then look no further than Ark, they really are the best.

The service of care was excellent & the staff were very helpful I would recommend them to any looking to move anywhere. This was the second time we have used a removal company and with out doubt Ark out did everyone. The service was great, the 4 men team was polite, helpful and so funny. It was nice to see a team get on so well and I spent the day laughing, completely stress free. I wasn't allowed to help and was told my only job for the whole day was to keep the kettle full and find a comfortable seat. Couldn't recommend enough

This company are worth every penny!!!! We were so impressed with the service and we can’t recommend these guys enough! On time, speedy workers and they take such great care of your things. Moving house is so stressful and the removal guys made that side of things so so easy. Amazing! Have been raving about them all afternoon!
