I utilized AZ movers for the initial time to facilitate my piano relocation from Edinburgh to Glasgow. Their service was impeccable from beginning to end. They promptly responded to emails, handled my piano with care during transit, and accommodated a last-minute change in the moving date, which I greatly appreciated. It was excellent value for money, and I would certainly enlist their services again.

Removers were excellent; fast, efficient and safe (didn't smash anything or mark walls) and no complaints despite having to carry all items up 4 flights of stairs (no lift), very impressed! Lovely guys and friendly, would definitely recommend for the money!

I can't recommend these guys enough. They were much cheaper than the company I normally use ( and normally recommend). They were prompt, efficient and very hard working. They accommodated my unusual requests for collecting and delivering my bulky old-fashioned furniture; nothing was too much trouble for them. I'd have no hesitation is using these guys again. I was really happy with the service I received. I ordered an item from a store but the delivery drivers would not bring it up to my flat because it was too heavy. I called AZ Movers and they told me they could move it for me and arrived 1.5 hours later, exactly when they said they would and moved it for me. Polite, efficient service and reasonably priced. Would recommend and would use again.

Highly competitive prices and a great service, nothing but professional and followed through with the highest standards. They moved our house without a single scratch and ensured the stairs railings were protected whilst moving my upright piano. My mirrored side board was professionally bubble wrapped free of cost and everything was done without any stress. Thank you for the service I will most definitely recommend.

Had a very good experience with a part load from Edinburgh to Luton. AZ's initial offer was as cheap as any other I received, the office team offered an early date and explained the conditions about part loads well. They responded quickly to phone calls and emails. During the move, the van team went out of their way to be helpful and did little extras I wouldn't necessarily have expected, to help. Would definitely use company again, and recommend to others. Wish AZ well!

The AZ Movers team were very unresponsive with their communication. I needed to prompt with every aspect of the transaction. They were not forthcoming about dates and times of removal and delivery and I continually had to follow up. The also changed the date of when they were picking up my property to put into storage on the day they were supposed to be coming, which was very stressful given I was selling my property and chose the day before my move specific to alleviate this stress. All in all, I wouldn't recommend this company.

The worst company I have ever worked with. I entered everything I had to move on their website, number of boxes, beds, wardrobes, chairs, etc. When the movers arrived late on the day they showed me a half completed list of the things I had entered to move, they told me it would be an additional 100 to move everything not listed or i could call the main office and be quoted a larger amount.

This is quite literally price gouging and extortion. Apon arriving at my new property they dropped the couch against a wall which severely damaged the wall, this was 9 weeks ago and they still have not repaired this, I have been calling and emailing weekly. Fix my wall you thieving scum.

AZ Movers were very helpful at finding us a van at short notice and communicated well with us. The guys driving were really efficient and went out of their way to help us load up/load out the van. I would highly recommend this company to everyone!

I cannot fault this Company at all, from the beginning to end. At a very reasonable price. On the day of the move, the guys phoned to say they where running 10 minutes late... On arrival, they flawlessly removed the furniture, not a mark on the walls, they where very careful and efficient. Victoria called mid morning to ask how things where going.

The 3 guys gave it their all, where very polite and nothing was too much of a bother. We could not have managed this move without their help and experience. There where a few challenges, but they took it in their stride. I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone. Well done AZ Movers, five stars awarded... My daughter is now settled in her new flat, thanks to everyone who helped make this happen.

I used AZ Movers to move my 4 bedroom to London, the quote was shockingly lower compared to others I had decided not to go with them I thought it was to good to be true.

but when it came down to it a removal company let us down and we contacted AZ Movers who immediately arranged everything, we happily paid upfront and they moved us, met all our requirements the office stayed open til late to ensure the move is completed they further went above and beyond expectations when a little set back occurred they realised they'd be delayed and when I complained that my boys need to sleep ( they had our mattresses ) they arranged a small hotel so my pregnant wife and boys could stay the night while we waited for the vans to arrive. and got things in order. I highly recommend AZ Movers to anyone and will be using them when we move back up to Aberdeen.

I have moved many times and can surely say that my experience with AZ Movers had been great, they were on time and efficient and Victoria in the office was super helpful stayed late until the move had been completed and was there for every phone call and every email we sent through to her. I had read the reviews before I booked them and was sceptical but you get your money worth for sure, the price is great and I will use them the next time I move and have already recommended them to 2 of our friends to which they also received discounts for being referred and were very happy with their service.

Excellent recent experience with AZ Movers. I needed things moved from storage to a house in Glasgow. The two guys who did the removal were friendly, polite and very professional. They worked quickly and took care of everything without a hitch. Excellent value for money too and responded to emails quickly.

If I could leave a "no star" review, I would. My experience with these jokers has been shambolic to say the least. They came to my house to quote & quoted to supply packaging, pack all my possessions, move everything then clean my house. The wrong size boxes arrived, they pitched up late to pack then ran out of boxes within 2 hours, so couldn't finish the packing on the allocated day. Arrived the next day at 10am instead of 8am like their website says, carried on packing, then only managed to move half my possessions on the moving day.

That night I got an email saying it would be an additional 720 if I wanted them to complete the move the next day! Furthermore, they damaged my leather lounge suites, damaged my walls, used my tools (& lost them) to dismantle furniture & lost my bolts for a bed. Then because they couldn't finish the move, the cleaning had to be delayed to the Wednesday.

They then changed that to the Friday but I had to return keys to the agents, so I couldn't use their cleaning service. They have refused to return the whole amount quoted for the cleaning & have refunded 20 for the damages to my walls while the invoice for the cleaning is 145. Stay away from these guys, all they do is apologise for their incompetence & mistakes but don't take responsibility!

They were half an hour late, and I had to phone the office to find out what was going on, however aside from that I had a great experience with AZ Movers. Calum and Keith were really nice and nothing was too big an ask for them. They had my entire flat cleared and everything moved into my new one in under an hour. Was very impressed with the service. Highly recommended.
