Found storage vault very easy to deal with. Spoke with Heather who explained the process in regards to setting up account for getting a storage unit. Process was easy and straightforward and was completed from start to finish in just over an Hour once all the checks etc had been carried out. Heather was very professional and a great help. Would highly recommend storage vault as their units are clean and tidy and very secure

Brilliant experience from making initial contact, to being shown round and sorting out the paperwork. You know from website what the rates are for various sized units. Just some insurance cover - arrange your own or use theirs - and you're good to go!. Ease of access to the unit once rental set up is perfect. Looked around for storage in paisley and after looking at the reviews for this branch I decided I’d give them a go. Found the staff ( Fraser & Donna? sorry if names are wrong) extremely helpful and very accommodating, I couldn’t have asked for more. Storage area is very clean and well kept and felt confident that leaving my goods there they would be in safe hands. Would highly recommend this facility and well done to the staff who certainly add value to the experience.

We arrived from Morayshire feeling a bit worn out and apprehensive at unloading a large van and had forgotten to purchase a lock prior to arrival.

Forty minutes later, we were on our way, all due to the really helpful staff. Frankly we simply hope that you keep up the super attitude you already have.
