Book my space we're 100% amazing throughout, we had a big house and a lot of stuff, we also had some large fragile items, they moved everything respectfully and carefully, the items arrived the other end no issues, I would recommend this company to anyone and they were really patient with my queries. This is the 2nd time I have used Bookmyspace. Both times the company have been amazing. Professional, quick response, so easy to deal with. My new sofas arrived in Jersey Thursday 23rd December, I had sold my previous ones and had nothing to sit on. The company went out of their way to deliver them that afternoon The delivery guys were amazing, Professional and hard working. My experience from the staff in Jersey and Portsmouth were truly outstanding.

Bad customer service, firstly it was hard to communicate with Ross he barely responded to my emails. Secondly we had our goods collected from Jersey on a Friday and Ross promised to get them delivered in London the following week by Wednesday/Thursday. Gave them a call on a Friday and to my shock our goods were still in Jersey and being loaded. I was really devastated as we have a baby and all our essentials were on that load.
One lady emailed and apologised and said this has never happened in many years - well, it was happening now and we are stuck. Goods later came the following week on a Tuesday, happy they did after all the stress but I will never understand how they got missed in the first place and bookmyspace requires a payment upfront.

Dear Ross & Tracy Phillips International / Book My Space Having completed a very long 10-hours none stop unloading the huge truck with all our possessions by Nick and Jason, I have to say on behalf of Sonia and I that the service was exemplary. Any move is traumatic, let alone to a 17 room Chateau in another country, however, they were extremely pleasant to work with and nothing was a problem for them. The entire service from the initial call to you 4 weeks ago has been absolutely faultless. Thank you so much. 100% recommendation to anyone!

We have used Bookmyspace for 2 big moves from Jersey to the UK. On both occasions we have had great service. Bookmyspace have been great - good communications, careful packing and unpacking and pleasant staff. Bookmyspace offered us a personal and flexible service at a very reasonable cost, we were very pleased and would recommend them.

From the first day we had no doubt that Bookmyspace had the personal touch. When they came in with a very competitive price we felt that was a bonus. From that point on it was plain sailing. Excellent communications, always there to help through the process. Prior to the removal there was paperwork to do as we were moving from Jersey to North Devon and Tracey made this task effortless.
We put a plan into place that had no errors. On the removal day we could not have expected any more efficiency. I was expecting it to take two days to clear but they all arrived at nine in the morning and gone by five. We was left a bed and two armchairs to collect the following day. Done and dusted by half ten. At the other end, well what can I say.
We have move into a quaint Cottage but up a very narrow lane. To cap that there was not enough swing for the guys to get their lorry down the 200 foot drive. Ready for this, it was raining and the two guys, Nick and Kevin hand balled the lot. Started at three, thirty and finished at ten. This company is by far the best we have ever used and if you have any doubt don't. None of the big boys on the Island could offer a service any better nor at the price. Thank you guys.

These guys are brilliant nothing too much trouble! Moved recently from Jersey to Wales first time moving abroad but reassured me on the process. Pick up was prompt , they gave me estimate times and was there on time. Delivery was delayed a bit at no fault of their own, but they gave me plenty of notice to inform me of this and were again very quick at unloading into my new place. I am really pleased with the service. Would highly recommend them!
