Fantastic experience. Woolcotts handled our removal and storage for a year before delivering everything to our new address. The entire team was outstanding, offering friendly and prompt assistance over the phone and by email. On the two big moving days, their service was exceptional—quick, efficient, and hassle-free. All our belongings were returned exactly as we had left them a year ago, with no issues. The pricing was competitive too. A big thank you to everyone involved.

Moved my father first thing on 6th July 2021. There were not many items of furniture and only moving a short distance but they were great. They arrived on time and were so helpful despite some tricky furniture and the new flat not being the easiest for access. They went above and beyond for us. My father did try and catch them to give them a tip to show his gratitude but they had sped off to the next job. Totally recommend them.

We were more than happy with our quote. The guys came to load what they could the day before as the forecast wasn't great. They packed loads into the van which meant moving day was much easier. Martin and Tom were excellent and really friendly. Nothing too much trouble. They were careful with our belongings. We would highly recommend this company.

Woollcott Removals moved us recently at very short notice, i must say the way they handled our move was truly outstanding! From start to finish nothing was too much trouble even though we had to wait hours to get into our new property the lads on the job were smiling and happy. I couldn't recommend Woollcotts enough. Woollcotts moved us from Willenhall to West Cheshire, on a cold, wet Monday. They arrived at 8am and didn’t finish until 6pm. They were friendly, efficient and helpful. They made what could have been very stressful, into a straightforward house move.
Also, a mention for the office staff, who were also so helpful and reassuring. I had quotes from 2 other large, well known companies.
Both said we would have to be moved over 2 days, with essentials on Monday, and everything else on Tuesday, because their staff finished at 4.30pm. There was no flexibility. We would not hesitate to recommend Woollcotts.

I would recommend these guys everytime! The two gentlemen that moved me today were truly amazing! they didn't get chance for a break but they didn't grumble, They moved stuff whilst my children were moving around & didn't complain. Fantastic, brilliant service". I was told the vehicle would arrive for 8.15 am for the Friday morning " but at 7.10 am the lads were ringing the bell eager to crack on, which I didn't mind at all. They didn't really stop at all , also so it in brilliant formation they loaded the truck in no time at all . So it's a massive thankyou to woolcotts and team on a very polite ,well manered, organised service .

Great team. They moved me last week and were great. They did everything I asked them to and even went the extra mile to accommodate my box requests. The team were friendly and even help moving boxes, so I could clean. They helped put all the boxes into the rooms I asked and even helped sort them out. I have nothing, but respect and thanks for the team and everyone here, for an easy and great move. Would recommend to anyone moving.

Recently moved from Wolverhampton to Stoke on Trent. Had the usual moving day guys arrived at 7.30 started to load van up. At 10am had phone call saying move in jeopardy due to solicitors messing up paper work. Chaos reigned for hours. Removal men very calm “heard it all before”. Upshot was we could put furniture into new home but couldn’t move in until paper work cleared.
We had two hour window for this. The guys worked there socks off, literally, to achieve this. I would have no hesitation in using Woolcotts again wherever I was to move to. Nothing deters them from achieving a comfortable stressless move of house.

Excellent removal company . We used the company 5 years ago and could not fault them. We had not spoken to them since . We have just had a load of furniture delivered and our old furniture was due to be taken by a charity shop. The shop let us down and we called Woollcotts who remembered us around in 30 minutes, they really helped us out.
