Excellent service. Staff were always very helpful and easy to get hold of. The unit was secure and tidy. Would not hesitate to use again.

I rented a large unit for a year. All units are outside and self service. Make sure your unit has been insulated, most have now. Plastic covers for mattresses and material items are available on site. Site is unmanned but under 24 HR CCTV. I was very pleased when I took out all my belongings and they were all bone dry and no damp having gone through winter and lots of heavy rain.

I have a unit at their Bridgwater office as well as here. When I rented the unit at Taunton, I had no hesitation in using UK Storage again as I have always found the staff very helpful. The units are clean and secure. Would always recommend them if asked.

Very easy to arrange using a unit. Fair pricing and easy to cancel when we no longer needed the unit.

From my initial enquiry and throughout my storage stay, the customer service I've received every time I've contacted the office has been excellent, and always resolved any enquiry I had. My unit was a great size and dry all year round. Secure access gate reassured me my unit was protected, and the site at Norton Fitzwarren was always clean and tidy. First time needed storage and was a bit apprehensive. All my niggles and worries were taken care of by a really brilliant, professional company through their staff who put you at your ease. All questions and concerns were dealt with by a courteous team everything explained, so l could book the correct size unit etc. The storage base and unit was immaculate and felt safe and secure. Fantastic service from this company - have used for the last year or so, and used a number of units, upgrading in size as required - staff are always very very helpful and responsive and the facility is always spotless. Well lit, easy 24hr access if you need it, and units are also clean and dry. All this and the best prices as well. Can't recommend enough.

This is an excellent facility clean and safe. I had storage for 7 weeks and I felt confident that it was dry and safe from damage. The staff at the end of the telephone were always helpful and polite and explained everything in full so I knew where I was at all times.

Very, very impressed. Easy to use, incredibly clean and tidy and all issues dealt with immediately. Always someone helpful on the end of the phone which was great when we needed to switch to a bigger unit. Couldn't ask for more.

This is a brilliant storage facility and I was recommended to use it by my brother who used it a couple of years ago and was very impressed. It is so convenient with all storage units on the level, so no lifts or stairs to navigate and you can drive your vehicle right up to the unit and unload etc. Everywhere is kept immaculately and it is a real joy to use with great access via a key code for the front gates and never seems to be crowded or too busy. Staff that I spoke to were all very friendly and so helpful. I really can't praise it highly enough and will certainly use it again.

There experience is what you would hope for. All staff are helpful and friendly. The facility was clean, modern and efficient. The fact that the facility is remotely staffed is positive, I felt relaxed that I wasn't under any pressure, nobody waiting on me. Cost wise it was competitive because of the 1/2 price first 2 months. I would have perhaps gone elsewhere without this deal but I would not have had the same service perhaps. They would be an automatic choice in future

I found uk storage very very helpful at all times. My start time was really quickly sorted but when I surrendered the unit all the details were dealt with even quicker with no hassles .Not always the case with some companies. I would have no hesitation in using them again if the need arose

When first phoning to enquire the people I spoke to were extremely helpful as I had no idea what I really required. They were very professional and really knew the services UK Storage could offer. They explained what would be the best service for my requirements and didn't try to fob me off with more expensive storage. I have to say they were spot on with the size etc.

The site was easy to access for customers but I would say not so easy for anyone who shouldn't be there. Security was excellent and I lost no sleep worrying wether my valued possessions would be safe. Cleanliness of the site and units was second to none absolutely spotless. Would highly recommend UK Storage for great value for money, security, cleanliness but mostly for the excellent customer service they offer.

When we moved house recently we needed to store a large number of items whilst working on our new property,we are so glad we found uk storage in Chard,nothing was too much trouble for them,we changed the date we needed the unit & extended the hire period all with ease. The units are very secure/clean/easy to access & they have different size units to suit everybody. If we need to store items again we will use uk storage.

The people at UK Storage were very easy, pleasant and helpful to work with. I hired a storage unit in Chard for 5 months - the premises was immaculately clean, and the unit itself didn't leak. The locks provided are quite robust, so you know your belongings are going to be secure. One Saturday I managed to get myself locked in behind the gate so had to call the Emergency number - this was promptly and politely answered and I was let out and on my merry way within a few minutes.

All in all a very good experience with this company and I would definitely recommend UK Storage if you need that extra space, convenience and hassle free storage. Good job - thank you
