UK Storage Company - Bristol Central is based on Whitehouse Street in Bedminster in the heart of the city centre. The storage facility is really easy to reach and is close to both Temple Meads and Bedminster train stations. Whitehouse Street is based just off York Road (Coronation Road turns in to York Road at the roundabout).We have various businesses storing with us, small firms wanting somewhere to store their stock - including eBay shops and also bigger firms wanting somewhere with easy access for their sales representatives.
For household storage we have people who are in between house moves storing with us as well as people wanting that little bit more room at home. Some store long term with us while others just want somewhere to store for a matter of days.

I rented a large unit for a year. All units are outside and self service. Make sure your unit has been insulated, most have now. Plastic covers for mattresses and material items are available on site. Site is unmanned but under 24 HR CCTV. I was very pleased when I took out all my belongings and they were all bone dry and no damp having gone through winter and lots of heavy rain.

From my initial enquiry and throughout my storage stay, the customer service I've received every time I've contacted the office has been excellent, and always resolved any enquiry I had. My unit was a great size and dry all year round. Secure access gate reassured me my unit was protected, and the site at Norton Fitzwarren was always clean and tidy. I'd recommend UK Storage for a secure, clean and reliable storage solution, with an extremely friendly service from Emma, Josh and the team.

First time needed storage and was a bit apprehensive. All my niggles and worries were taken care of by a really brilliant, professional company through their staff who put you at your ease. All questions and concerns were dealt with by a courteous team everything explained, so l could book the correct size unit etc. The storage base and unit was immaculate and felt safe and secure. Fantastic service from this company - have used for the last year or so, and used a number of units, upgrading in size as required - staff are always very very helpful and responsive and the facility is always spotless. Well lit, easy 24hr access if you need it, and units are also clean and dry. All this and the best prices as well. Can't recommend enough.

There experience is what you would hope for. All staff are helpful and friendly. The facility was clean, modern and efficient. The fact that the facility is remotely staffed is positive, I felt relaxed that I wasn't under any pressure, nobody waiting on me. Cost wise it was competitive because of the 1/2 price first 2 months. I would have perhaps gone elsewhere without this deal but I would not have had the same service perhaps. They would be an automatic choice in future

I used a storage container in Bedminster for approximately 5 weeks. The site was always clean and secure and all the items I stored came out in the same condition as when they went in.
