We recently used 2me2u Removals for a local move in Whitchurch. We sought a number of quotes, and got a great impression when Gary came to assess the amount of stuff we had to move, found communications to always be prompt, and the quote we received was very competitive, so we went ahead and booked. I'm pleased to say that we weren't disappointed and were delighted with the service we received on the day! Gary and his crew arrived bang on time and worked tirelessly to get the job done.
They took great care of our more fragile possessions and the entire move was completed way faster than I had anticipated. Overall they made one of life's more stressful events actually quite enjoyable! I would definitely recommend 2me2u Removals, and will be contacting them again if I have to move in the future.

I used this company to transport items for my mother and me over a large distance and was disappointed, they were not the cheapest quote and only came down 50 pound off their original quote when I told them that. I thought their reviews looked good and that they sounded more approachable on the phone than the other company and as a result I paid the extra money.
They delivered the items on schedule but I was disappointed when I went up to see my mother that they had left a large half of a bookcase right in the middle of the sitting room. It was even upside down. My mother explained to them that she had no-one to move it and they told her it was handier for her to be left in the middle of the floor. None of the movers had anything to help her open any of the items that had been delivered. I had to move the items myself when I got up there. In hindsight, I should have just gone with the cheaper firm as I got no extra customer service for more money.

Last year my husband and I moved from Basingstoke to South Devon. I contacted 2me2u Removals because I liked the name. I emailed them for a quote and within about an hour I had an email back. I was offered a property visit or a Phone call to discuss our requirements, but as I work unsocialble hours I opted to fill out their Self removal form instead.
A quote came through fairly quickly and between us we emailed back and forth as I was wanting some packing done as well as some dismantling. Moving can be stressful and some things can be forgotten during communications, but in all honesty I believe we were given the service that not only we paid for but had asked for as well. They are competitive on price, and apart from choosing them for the name.which I love by the way, is both office staff and the removal guys were on hand to answer our on going questions and keep us smiling throughout the day.

My partner and I had the pleasure of having Gary from 2me2u do our move from a 2 bed flat to a 2 bed house and he was absolutely amazing. Not only was he very efficient, he was extremely friendly and positive throughout the whole process. He completed the move within 3 hours even though we had almost a full lorry of stuff and large furniture to move. Sarah the lady we spoke to throughout the process to organise it, make payments etc. was also very efficient and she got back to any messages/emails/texts very fast and was very friendly and reliable.
