This show how unprofessional your company crew are. They blocked my driveway completely when they unloaded the stuff for my neighbor. No courtesy to knock on my door or talk to me when I was outside that they will block my driveway. Instead one of crew told me it won't be long unfortunately they blocked my driveway more than an hour now. Really rubbish.

From initial enquiry the service was superb all the way through to exit yesterday (2-3 months). We used H2H to store household bits whilst moving, and it made the whole thing a lot easier. The team were always super polite and helpful, and access was simple and easy etc. I cant fault it, location excellent for us, would recommend without issue - thanks to all at H2H.

House 2 Home were able to move us at short notice, provided the packing boxes in good time and did some of the loading in advance in order to get an early start on the move day. They had to wait outside the new house for almost three hours for the completion to occur, and did so without complaint. Staff at their office and those we met on the actual move were polite, friendly and respectful. Their price was competitive. I would recommend House 2 Home.

I had called up and asked their availability for the date I wanted to move and they said they were available last week of July. A video call was scheduled to see my stuff. I could not attend on the date appointed due to emergency shift in hospital. Then the video call was delayed A week or so due to matching dates not available for the both of us which is alright.
But then when the call happens I am told they are fully booked for the time I want. I had waited for this company and not asked any other Company service. I wish to move end of July which is a peak season and difficult to get movers. I was in touch with the person for the video call so they knew I was still on for it. I was never even told they got fully booked during the time waiting for the video call for final quotes. This is not professional and very uNreliable service You have you bookings I understand but I should have been informed so I could have searched other companies.

We were so happy with our experience with House2Home - from the initial telephone contact, video assessment of our belongings, delivery of the perfect number of boxes, prompt arrival on the day, friendly jovial team, and covid safety. At an especially stressful time of moving house in lockdown with 2 small children, House2Home made the whole process easier for us. An all round excellent service - will definitely use again. The first thing they said when they arrived was that they were going to be my angels for the morning. And they were. Absolutely lovely staff to help us move, very careful with our property and everything was done with quickness and ease. I would definitely use House 2 Home Removals Ltd again. Excellent value for money, from initial enquiry, to boxes and wrapping paper being dropped off at our home with instructions on packing well, to telephone help, insurance and agreeing to pick up a bit of furniture on the way, to being extremely careful not to damage walls, carpets etc in the new home.
