After paying over 4000 for a move items were broken and lost. After many calls we received an email saying they were not at fault. I would not recommend this company.

From initial meeting with Matt, through to the final box being carefully placed into its new location by Ant and Andrew, the service wasn't just great it was exceptional. The whole team were friendly, relaxed, and super efficient. Is there higher than 5 stars, if so M & G warrant it.

UNPROFFESIONAL UNRELIABLE and UNFAIR EMPLOYER. My partner went through the interview process and checks, was confirmed and congratulated a week later on being a successful candidate for a permanent job. On his way to sign the contract and have an induction on equipment he was notified to not come in, as a previous employee had come back. I am so disappointed that he wasn't even given a chance and was turned away at the very last minute.

We are supposed to be moving into a new house at the end of the week, he waited for this company and wholeheartedly relied on this company who had reassured him during the interview stages that this would not happen to him. This is so unempathetic of his circumstances and disgraceful behaviour towards someone who was so excited to work for them. Don't let them fool you.

I used M&G to move in October. Great, fast service regarding the quote and booking everything. On the day the removal guys were great. I asked for one cupboard in the kitchen to be untouched, but 2 cupboards were left. I was moving last minute with a 3 month old so didn't notice. I understand small mistakes like this can be made but when I queried it via email I had to chase up a response.

When they did reply, it was rude and when I fully explained everything again I never got a reply. I understand things can be missed but I felt the aftercare wasn't handled well, especially after I'd paid a lot of money for a packing service. I then had to drive back to Solihull from Derbyshire with a 3 month old baby, it was unnecessary stress when all I asked was if they could help me out with the issue.

M&G just helped us move home, and I can't recommend them enough. Our move was a bit stressful and difficult to organise, but they played their part perfectly. No fuss, no problems, friendly communication throughout, and the guys who did the moving were friendly, professional and courteous. Everything went without a hitch - leaving me to worry about everything except getting our stuff from A to B. Having used two companies on the day, I can confirm you getbwhat you pay for - these guys are worth every penny.

Superb from start to finish. Moving day went seamlessly thanks to the professionalism and politeness of their employees. The fee was a bargain. Would absolutely recommend.

After a recommendation, I asked this company for a removal quote. Wish I hadn't. The bloke who came round to survey my property was rude and it felt like my business was beneath them. After 4 days, I phoned to find out why I'd not had a quote emailed to me, to be told that "On this occasion, we are declining to quote for this job". What annoys me, isn't the fact they won't quote (they'd probably be very expensive anyway), but that I had to chase them, to tell me they won't. Rude and unprofessional.

Wouldn't recommend (and I've told the person who recommended them as such too, they have said they won't recommend again either). *Edit* I think your response just confirms my initial post

Simply brilliant, from Matt who came out and gave us a quote to Andrew and Terry that did the actual moving. The service was excellent and the easiest part of the whole house move process. Far cheaper than I expected and well worth the money. Andrew and Terry treated all of our possessions with the utmost respect and worked incredibly hard. Great company. can't recommend them enough.

These guys are fantastic - don’t look anywhere else. First class service from start to finish. All professional, arrived on time and packed all our boxes into the lorry quickly and professionally. All three of the guys who came were extremely pleasant. We were super impressed and the high level of experience comes through.

Having dealt several times with M&G both on a personal, and commercial level, i have to say I've been nothing but grateful for their expertise and professionalism. So much so, I've recommended them several times to customers who have used them and reported the same. M & G had stored my personal belongings at their Stockfield Road, Birmingham, facility for nearly a year. Their team packaged up a considerable amount of items including delicate antique furniture and other items, 5 large crates in all, and arranged delivery to the Port of London and shipment to Charleston, South Carolina, USA. The items were of great personal importance to me and Donna (Thompson) was excellent from the start to safe delivery in the USA.

She was amazing dealing with the complex paperwork etc. when involved in exporting goods to the USA and her regular correspondence with me was first class. Geoff and the team ensured every single one of the hundreds of items were individually wrapped to perfection to ensure that they would be safe in transit, which they all were. And the cost for this was amazing, I was so pleased with the value for money service provided.

I can't thank them all enough and sent the below email to them thanking them for their excellent service. I can't recommend this company highly enough for all your short and long term storage needs, house and business moving and export of cargo abroad. "I just wanted to let you know I collected all five of my crates and have now got them in my garage to sort through (located in Charleston, South Carolina).

They were all superbly packed and all undamaged. I have now unpacked all the cartons, the one with my antique clock inside and its arrived in perfect condition thanks to the excellent wrapping skills of your team. I have to say that I'm so impressed with the attention to detail and how well and carefully each of the items have been wrapped, totally blown away by the highest professional standards used on my personal and beloved belongings.

The guys at M&G have been brilliant from the moment we contacted them to when we moved into our new house. Our items had to go into storage for a short while, the facilities at the unit are great. We realised whilst our items were in storage we had packed our passports and we needed them, the team at the unit helped us out so much to locate them and we got to enjoy our time away! Couldn’t fault them packing was carefully wrapped up the day before arrived early on time next day and worked seamlessly throughout the day.
