I was recommended to 'Driver with Van' when I wanted to clear my loft of 20 years of business records and personal items from Harborne to a storage unit at Selly Oak. This was not an easy job as my house is accessed by steps and a path. Mark reassured me that this was not a problem and he was absolutely right. His team worked hard all day to carry out this move with efficiency and professionalism. Subsequently I needed to move back remaining items from the storage unit to my house and his team moved these back with equal efficiency and professionalism. The whole service was good value for money and I would not hesitate to use 'Driver with Van' again in the future and would thoroughly recommend them.

We were needing to move within Shirley, Solihull. After a late completion, being let down by a removal company and quoted an extortionate amount of money by another firm we were feeling pretty concerned about finding someone reliable and trustworthy to do the job well. We found Driver with Van on an internet search and thought we'd give them a go!

They were superb. Mark was very understanding of the situation when we spoke beforehand. The 2 guys on the day who actually did the move were excellent. They called about 30 minutes before arrival and worked extremely hard during the move. They were careful with our belongings, efficient and were prepared to accommodate what we wanted. We were happily installed in our new home by lunchtime! They were excellent value for money. I would definitely recommend them and would use them again! Thank you so much.

Great experience - Having moved on our own a number of times, as there is just the two of us, it was a huge relief to know that 'Driver with Van' were helping us with our biggest move yet! The overall customer service at the time of booking through to the delivery day was exceptional; the communication was friendly, professional, detailed and regular (because the van was sorted I could focus on getting everything else ready).

The van was later arriving than we had hoped although the reason for this was explained at the time of booking and the driver apologised for the delay (a previous move had overrun as the couple moving were a little disorganised). Although the two man team arrived in a torrential downpour they were very friendly, positive and didn't waste any time in getting started.

I was amazed that the entire contents of our house, including furniture, fitted into the van provided; It was fantastic being able to move 'all in one go'. The team were careful when handling our belongings, lifted some very heavy items up stairs for us and all items were placed into their correct rooms at the new house. The overall price was very reasonable and the convenience of moving so quickly was excellent, it allowed me more time to unpack/organise the new house before returning to work. I highly recommend 'Driver with Van' for anyone facing the stress of moving house.

Excellent service, good communication throughout with calls before and after the move to ensure we were happy with the service. The removal guys were friendly, flexible, very helpful and very careful with our stuff. Move went seemlessly and it was a relief to have this part of the process managed well. Highly recommend.

Moving house is a very stressful time. Personally, I was worried that all of my belongings would not fit in the van and the buyers of my house would be outside waiting to move in, but could not because of my stuff, even though they legally owned the house. Mark (Driver with Van) has excellent communication skills and talked over how much stuff I had and with his experience knew that it would fit in the van he sent with his two man crew.

My move was from Birmingham to Leicester and I was able to catch a lift in the van so that I could pick up the keys to my new home from the estate agents in Leicester. The prices are very competitive and afterwards Mark called me to check everything was OK. I was extremely happy with the service and will happily recommend Driver with Van for any removal services in the Birmingham area :)

Excellent service. Constantly kept in contact with myself. The driver Howard was excellent he contacted me on the day to tell me when he was arriving, was cheerful and pleasant throughout even when climbing all the stairs. It was only a local removal within Stourbridge, West Midlands. Mark managed to arrange removal even with the short notice of less than a week. Would definitely use again.

Very good service, communications excellent. Mark was very thorough with the booking procedure and called afterwards to ensure all was in order. The team worked very hard and were cheerful and polite. I got mobile phone updates throughout. I'd use again and would recommend to anyone. It took a weight off my mind to have a good, professional job done on a very stressful day.

Found the service to be excellent and very well organised. Mark kept us informed by texts before driver arrived and was extremely pleasant and informative. The driver (Howard) and crew arrived on time and called before hand as promised. The move went very smoothly and the van was loaded like he was solving a puzzle and every item was treated with care and protected extremely well (alot careful than I would have done it!).

They did struggle to move a super king size mattress as they were being too delicate with it. I told them to bend the mattress in half as it was memory foam. The van was unloaded with ease and couldn't fault the service. Only downside I could say was we aimed for a 2 hour slot but ran over by 30 mins so was charged for another hour (we had been warned about the full hour payment required if exceeded 2 hours regardless by how much so wasn't a shock).

Also the driver did break our very small fence by stepping on it and didn't apologise (sorry Mark forgot to mention this when you called up for feedback). Mark called the next day following our move to get any constructive feedback so this was a nice follow up. Many thanks for making our moving day hassle free!

We needed to get 3 large furniture items from Chertsey in Surrey to Oldbury, had limited time and no way of transporting ourselves, On the same Sunday morning we came across a local company with great google reviews, and contacted Driver with Van. Mark contacted us straight away and confirmed a suitable time, at a very reasonable cost, my partner was worried that it could not possibly be that straight forward, but speaking to Mark put all our concerns to rest.

The service was first class and could easily out do very expensive "White glove" delivery services. Customer service was second to none, we were informed of the pick up and delivery times at all stages from the day before, the arrival at the pick up address (The 3rd party were also contacted and given driver, vehicle and reg details along with eta and calls to confirm on route ) Delivery of the items was spot on time, as promised, and very well managed by the 2 man team, and again customer service and care of furniture A1.

Would highly recommend Mark and his team for any removal service, and will always contact for future removals. Mark also contacted us after the delivery to check we were happy with the service, very rare these days after payment! Thank -you Mark, pleasure doing business

This is the second time that I've engaged Mark's services and both were extremely pleasant experiences. Though they were very short moves, it is very rare to find a mover that takes jobs on such short notice, which was actually just a day's notice on the second occasion. The process of getting a quote till confirming the booking was fairly simple and straightforward.

This was pretty difficult as I was flying in the very same day so everything was done over email. I was contacted on the same day before the move through SMS and notified of the vehicle and its number plate. I was very touched that Mark personally took the job himself though he had a very packed schedule and accommodated my budget-related request.

The move itself was very smooth and quick, with Mark giving me a few tips for moving in the future. In all, I would definitely give Mark a call if I ever needed to move again and I highly recommend checking their service out.

The drivers rang me before setting off to check the details, arrived and immediately got to work. We got everything moved quickly and efficiently, taking about half the time that I thought it would. The drivers were helpful and polite at all times, and clearly knew what they were doing when it came to loading the van. Overall it was a fantastic experience and really made moving a whole lot less stressful, I would highly recommend them to anyone.
