I had to ship half a container-load of household effects from England to Malta in July/August 2021. Bournes were exceptionally efficient with everything. Andy was very quick in providing the estimate and dealing with the order. Arunee kept me regularly updated with progress while the boxes were being shipped. The local agent at the Maltese end was similarly efficient. On top of all this, the price was competitive. Very glad I chose Bournes.

We used Bournes when we moved house 2 years ago, we'd had a baby 2 days earlier so were pretty stressed but they were so professional and went above and beyond to make sure things went smoothly! We used their packing service for the move which was incredible, well worth it as it saved us SO much time. When we needed a large sofa collected recently we knew they were the right people to ask, they were so helpful and managed to get it in our living room respite it being a very tricky manoeuvre! Overall they provided an amazing service with staff who are prepared to go the extra mile, would definitely recommend.

Packing crew in Dallas, TX were highly efficient, friendly and professional. Same can be said of the delivery crew from Warrington, UK who went above and beyond to help us with a tricky delivery! Customer service provided by Leon and then Salim (our move manager) was prompt, professional and courteous! Every item delivered in perfect condition including some fairly fragile furniture items, TVs and Mac computers. A job well done and took the stress right out of the moving process.
