Wouldn't advise anyone to use this service in newport, if you want to get back your belongings the same as they went in. Have paid 60 a month for months, thinking storing my suite was the best idea while renovating. Only to have it damaged terribly & now has to be repaired

Avoid time after time messing up on the bill then get charged for there mess up. payed for a unit and got 1 that is only 3/4 of the size and still have to pay for full size thay are a joke AVOID don't get mugged by them. I will add a picture of the unit thay have the nerve to charge full price for soon

I have been a Storage Giant customer in the Cardiff branch for 2.5years. The service that I receive is absolutely outstanding. The staff are so helpful and go out their way to make sure everything is to your satisfaction and more. Ross and Chris are fab but Alex is an absolute diamond and I think she needs a huge payrise :). I feel the staff go above and beyond what is required and I am extremely grateful for how much they help me.

The unit is always clean and tidy and the overall service is amazing. In 2.5 years my only small complaint is that I got pooped on by a bird whilst loading my car but I’m not entirely sure I can blame that on Storage Giant!!! If you want a secure unit with great service and prices then get yourself a room.
