Lovely man on Reception, very kind and accommodating. The place is very modern and clean, good access and opening times. Perfect for what we need.

What a gem of a place Extra Room Self Storage is. We needed somewhere close to where we have moved too after relocating from Liverpool. Found Extra room on a search engine, so went to have a look around. WOW! Lovely secure location, good access to clean, dry rooms. Enough trolleys available at all times, and a decent size lift for your belongings. Was only looking for a short term, which wasn't a problem.

Friendly staff, only too happy to help with any queries, and always available. If we ever need storage again, this will be my first port of call. Thank you all @ Extra Room Self Storage.

Straight forward renting process staff extremely pleasent and helpful. Unit access very easy units clean. Without doubt would us them again.

Incredible service and an impeccably clean unit. Exactly what we needed when moving house. Expected to only be a few months but we ended up having the unit nearly 2 years. Access was never an issue and the team that helped us move couldn't have been better. All round an excellent product and I couldn't have asked for more.

Mark, James and Tammy could not have been more helpful or done any more to support us, they were just fantastic. We had a stressful chain break situation with a house move and Extra Room took the headaches away by expertly handling the removals and storage of our 3 bedroom house just after Christmas, then moving us into our permanent home a month later.

Their flexibility, customer service ethic and expertise are second to none - they were magicians in finding space for us at a very busy time for their business. I will recommend Extra Room to everyone I know and we'd use them again in a flash. Thank you so much Extra Room!

Only just took a unit here as I live nearby on a boat, I had a unit in Leicester previously but after down sizing moved here as it's closer, really friendly and helpful people immaculately clean safe and secure storage.

Really helpful staff, found storage for me with short notice, the security at the storage is fabulous. Every time I visited the storage was very clean and tidy, enough trolleys to go around if it was busy. I wouldn't hesitate to use again. Great experience from start to finish. Had very little dealings with Mark and the Team over the years but whenever I did it was an absolute pleasure. They are great to deal with, the Storage units are great too. Would recommend them in a heartbeat.

Wow we were absolutely amazed with the services we received from the storage personnel to the removal men. Everyone so kind and considerate from beginning to end. I don't know how they managed to wrap every piece of our furniture and load it onto the van in such a short space of time. Nothing was too much trouble for them. They certainly went beyond our expectations. We can't praise them enough and rate them 100%. No hesitation in recommending them to our friends and family. Thank you for helping us. Outstanding! A very personable, slick and faultless service for the 18 months or so we required Extra-Room Self Storage. We'd never used a self-storage service before, but Mark and his team were instantly reassuring, exceedingly friendly, and understanding of our needs. Using the storage for business purposes, they were more than happy to allow deliveries of pallets to the storage building without us being there, and are kept safe until we were able to visit to put the stock into our unit.

A life saver! The units themselves are in 'like new' condition, exceedingly clean, bright and airy. The entrance to the building and the units themselves are undoubtedly secure with 3 stages of security for the Drayton Barns set-up. I reiterate outstanding, and should we ever need self-storage again we will not hesitate to return to Extra Room Self-Storage. Thanks Mark!

I have used Extra Room for safe keeping of all my entire house contents, pending a much delayed house move to France. The facility is second to none in terms of its quality and storage environment, no mould or rodent damage at all in the last 28 months! Even better are the staff in terms of their customer service, so my heartfelt thanks to Mark and his team a pleasure to have dealt with you all.
