We would not hesitate in recommending this company. They were very professional, they gave us a very competitive quotation and were very helpful when we had to contact them several times due to the completion date keep changing. The team we had to help us move was very helpful, polite, responsive and efficient. Nothing was too much for them they helped us move items we required changing after originally being brought in. They are very careful with your items. The ladies in the office are always polite and assisted us with arranging quotes and bookings making the process run smoothly. Would recommend them to anyone wanting removals.

Really surprised they asked for this review so here goes, had a call on the day they were supposed to do a survey for a quote to say they couldn't make it, fair enough, made alternative arrangements for another day and no show, and no call, can't say I'm impressed! So, further to my first review and the response from Roberts and Deny, I did receive the packing boxes as promised and we do appreciate the apology too. Thank you.

We can't recommend Roberts & Dennys enough. As soon as the team arrived, they worked so hard and so efficiently. They were polite, courteous and nothing was too much trouble. The whole house was loaded, unloaded and ready to go in record time. Absolutely fantastic service. Will definitely be recommending and using again in the future. Thank you.

The team in Dartford were referred to us by our helpful estate agent, and the quote we received was very competitive. The service provided by Ali and the team was first rate. The removal crew were extremely professional, efficient and friendly so we would definitely use them again if we do decide to move house again. I used Roberts and Denny's on the recommendation of a friend. They packed the day before and moved me and all my belongings the following day. They were polite, professional. Nothing was too much trouble. They worked very hard. I haven't moved for 21 years and being on my own it was a daunting prospect. These guys were superb; can't rate them highly enough. I would definitely recommend this company from the girls in the office to the removal guys. Brilliant!

We engaged with Roberts & Denny's for our house move aiming to move within a month or so from when they provided the quotation, however our circumstances changed and we were back and forth with our buyer on moving dates and Roberts & Denny's were very accommodating with our requirements. The office staff were really helpful, they gave us the quote and updated as and where required.
The team we had on the day turned up on time and were straight to work. Friendly, polite, helpful and professional service and made this house move smooth and simple for us. We will defiantly be using the company again in the future and would highly recommend to anyone looking for a removal service.

Loaded up our house, unloaded at the new place and we’re off on their way in less than 7 hours. All this and in 35 degree heat on the hottest day of the year. They were friendly, polite and nothing was too much trouble. Can thoroughly recommend this company, from the team on the day to everyone I spoke to in the office and the initial guy I met for our quote.

Would highly recommend Roberts and Denny's Removals. We used them to move recently and could not fault their service. They were extremely helpful from the moment they came round to provide a quote. Our moving date moved several times and they happily accommodated us every time it changed. On the day of moving the team were extremely efficient, super quick and very friendly.
We had some delays in getting in to the new property and so it was very late. They managed to quadruple the moving team and got us moved in within an hour-very impressive! If you are looking for an efficient, stress free and competitively priced removals service then these are your guys!!

We moved house last week and Roberts and Denny's were excellent. The process of buying our new home has been extremely stressful and drawn out and initially I was dreading the actual removal process on top of this! In the space of a single visit, the team put my mind at rest and I was moving home a week later. Every day, as I was patiently awaiting exchange, the team were always prompt to reply to me and extremely understanding of the stress we were under.
On the day itself, it was so painless it was unreal. A very friendly team turned up bang on time and swarmed into the house to get to work! They then headed back to the depot with our stuff until we gave them a call that completion had happened, they even were very accommodating to give us a bit more time before returning so the house was completely empty of the previous owner who wasn't as organised! Roberts and Denny's made the end of a very long and stressful process extremely pleasant and easy! I would highly recommend them.

An altogether great service. They packed up our belongings so quickly while also helping to pack up items we hadn't got round to ourselves, all with a great and friendly attitude. They also unloaded all our belongings in super quick time despite having to deal with difficult circumstances(unloading in a small lane). Everyone who helped on both days were extremely friendly and I would highly recommend them. They definitely took a lot of stress out of moving.

Amazing service. Great packing service. Boxes packed with care and efficiency and labelled clearly. The move itself was so smoothly done. Very professional, but friendly all at same time. Really helped to keep the whole process as stress free as possible. Great team.... led superbly by Steve who was very thorough throughout and made sure we were happy at each step of the way.

We were moving home with our small baby, as much as moving is always stressful and lots of work is involved it is so much harder when you also have a little one to take care of 24/7. That's why we are very grateful to Roberts and Denny's because they made it seem like a breeze on the day! They had a lot of people and packed our belongings in no time (with care).
