What has been a stressful time has been made a lot easier with Dolphin Removals who we've found to not only be fantastic but professional supportive and knowledgeable. We would highly recommend them to anyone who wants to move while the whole team from start to finish have been superb. A huge thank you to everyone in Dolphin Removals highly recommended.

We used Dolphin to move house from Manchester to Derby. Josh initially did a phone chat with me to see what needed moving, and his quote was competitive. I managed to book them at short notice, they were thankfully available. The lads who came round were very polite and just got on with the job without complaint. (Neil and Mike I think?) Unfortunately, we had to wait a long time for our key to be released, which they were understanding about, and we thank them for their patients, as it must have been just as frustrating for them as it was for us. I'd certainly recommend them.

From the minute I spoke to Chris at Dolphin, I knew our move from London to Liverpool was in safe hands. I showed him around our flat via Zoom call, and he sent over a competitive quote. We confirmed our booking via email and paid using bank transfer. It was all very straightforward. The packing team in London arrived promptly, were extremely professional, and packed up our 2 bed flat efficiently.

They didn't let us lift a finger! Equally, the team in Liverpool unloaded the truck quickly and placed boxes in the relevant rooms making our unpacking straightforward. They also assembled our beds and sofa, and helped set up our TV to ensure we felt right at home. I highly recommend Dolphin for your next move.

Moving house is always a stressful experience particularly for us; as we had to exchange and complete on the same day due to COVID. We will always be grateful to the team of three who moved us. There were a few challenges thrown in and they overcome each one - particularly the fight they won with the super king mattress up the stairs. It must have been so hard whilst wearing PPE, but no-one complained and remained really professional.

We had such a positive experience and would recommend them. The initial booking process was easy, we had contact on the day, the conduct from the lads was a credit to the company. They offered us support with things that in normal non-covid times we would have had our parents to support with; like how you remove your washing machine! Nothing was too much for them and we are so grateful. We won't be moving again as we are now in our forever home, but if you are you should book them! Thank you very much!

They came and packed the full house two days prior to the move (at our request) and when move day came they arrived nice and early. The two guys who came dealt with everything including any dismantling that was required.

All the furniture was rebuilt and placed in the relevant rooms. Dolphin were the cheapest of the 3 companies i had asked to quote and they certainly made move day that bit less stressful. I would not hesitate to use them again should i move in the future : )

Absolutely fantastic Not much else to say really. The guys who came to do our packing and removal were brilliant. Nothing was too much trouble for them and they worked non-stop throughout the move. Dolphin's office staff very helpful and even called us a few days after the move to check if all went well. Excellent customer service and a great experience from start to finish. I was so worried about moving but Dolphin Removals made it 100% hassle and stress free. When I called up, Angela made me feel like I could ask all necessary questions and no request was too difficult. She offered for someone to come round to give me a quote, when it suited me best.

Just before Christmas, we were in a bit of a mess moving new furniture into our living room as it is on the first floor of the house. By the time I contacted Dolphin, I was informed they had finished for the Festive period but when I told them our story, Carl came round to help immediately. We were able to get into the Living Room for Christmas Eve as we planned but only due to Carl's help.

Nothing was too much trouble.
Also, the price could not have been bettered. I would recommend Dolphin to anyone, and whenever we need anything moving etc. in the future, we will definitely be back in touch ourselves.

+++ !! Greg and his team worked seamlessly on my recent move from Hightown to Crosby. The guys were so helpful dismantling my furniture to fit it through the doors and reassembling at the other end. Even though they didn't have two large trucks to move all my stuff (bit of a hoarder I'm afraid), they worked tirelessly to get all my junk into my new home through the darkest depths of December. Thank you to you all. Great service wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.
