Critical: Responsiveness Not sure what to say really, text twice, called twice no response or phone calls returned, filled in the form on the website weeks ago no responses in any form.

The service i received from TMH Removals was outstanding. The workers that came and helped remove items and help me move was so pleasant and helpful, very very professional and so friendly. They was quick and efficient with their job and make it an easy task to do. The owner of the company was so helpful, helping me figure out what i needed and the best deal i could get.

Very professional, friendly and so accommodating. Very lovely company, wonderful business and would HIGHLY recommend using their service. I will defiantly be coming back for business when needed. Thank you for the amazing service you provided.

BEST REMOVAL COMPANY AROUND! Recently been let down by several removal companies, low and behold I found this company on gumtree! Tom and the team were very helpful and friendly with helping me move home in the space of a day! To sum the company up.reliable, reasonably priced, friendly and extremely helpful! Defiantly recommended! Thanks guys!

Tom, and partner arrived on time. Despite loads of rubbish, left by previous tenants, they cleared it all. Including the contents of a large shed. Although I had understated the amount. Tom only charged an extra 50, which I believed to be very reasonable. I will be using them again.

Wow, what can I say about Tom and the TMH Removal team! We originally booked our 3 bed house move with a large well known company but was let down at the very last minute. I was very hesitant to go with a small local business hence why I went with a larger firm. After being let down so badly my husband rang TMH removals and not only could they help they quoted almost half the original quote!

From 1,700 to 950! Tom and his team literally saved the day but saved us money too. They arrived early and went above and beyond anything I could've asked for. Nothing was too much trouble. I can never thank them enough for all their hard work. Thank you Tom and team! Cannot recommend highly enough.

Tommy and the team are a great bunch of lads who get the job done with great value for money. They moved me from royal wotton Bassett to Swindon and I couldn't fault them, they made the day a lot less stressful for me and my family. Couldn't thank him enough.

Would like to say a massive thank you to Tommy and the team for such awesome service nothing was to much and they truly went the extra mile to make the day go smoothly. Would highly recommend as he was 50% cheaper than the bigger companies I had quotes from before hand.

For the money quoted I wasn't sure what to expect, BUT very very happy. He turned up on time collected the pallet and delivered it same-day. Way way cheaper than the larger firms wanted for the same job. Will be using T. M. H again.

We had the team in to move the contents of a really dusty, dirty shed with some reasonably expensive items in. We couldn't have asked for a better job to have been done and it was a good job that no one was scared of spiders. All our kit was well wrapped and treated with respect despite it looking like it hadn't been moved for years (which it hadn't).

They weren't the cheapest of our quotes but were certainly not the most expensive either and I'd use them again simply because of the professionalism shown when dealing with very nervous clients (myself) and the care taken with our valuables. Many thanks Mr. H. and helpers.
