Awful is an understatement. The one star I have given Elephant Removals is one star too many. Do not use this service. They damaged most of my furniture and will not pick up my calls or respond to my emails despite telling me that they were fully insured before I booked my home move. They took payment in advance and the movers had no regard whatsoever for my belongings. I am currently in the process of filing a police report and taking legal action. Avoid Elephant Removals at all costs!

Had a good experience with Elephant Removals with our London Move and they were fantastic. Very helpful in organising the move and making sure they allocated the correct size van. Dreadful moving experience with Elephant Removals. They were late, sent the wrong sized van, turned up without packing materials, were very unorganised (and slow) with packing, requested tea breaks and showed a complete lack of customer service. They have also refused to respond to correspondence on an insurance claim for a damaged dining room table and radio. Avoid at all costs

We used Elephant Removals Company in London for house removal from London to Ireland. We were very impressed with the level service received; it was a marvellous moving experiencing indeed. Elephant Removals crew were very professional and gentle. The team arrived well within time on both days. A day before the move, three crew members completed packing of our entire 3 bedroom house.
They handled everything with full care. Bubble wrap and pallet wrap secured most of our furniture with corner covers and blankets, we were very pleased. The dismantling and reassembling of our home furniture made it seamless experience as beds were done on the move day so we can sleep. On Relocation date, this removals firm sent three porters with 7.5 tonne Truck for collection, and for delivery was next day’s morning as this is how we had instructed the company to do. This moving company London we will not hesitate to recommend.

I used Elephant Removals for several occasions throughout the year, generally for small moves at one point moving my entire house and storing it for over a year. I do not want to make this into an essay. Quick points I would like to highlight.
1) Price was excellent for both move and storage.
2) Really professional office staff and the porters were really polite and friendly.
3) They managed my move really smoothly.
4) Little bit late (cause my road was blocked, so really can't blame them)
5) En route to my delivery address, I lost track of them, so I called the office and they told me straight away how far they were from reaching me and at what speed they are travelling, I was really surprised! Their vehicles are fitted with Tracking System which really impressed me.
6) Reliable.
7) Never been disappointed. I would recommend Elephant Removals to anyone.

I was told on the phone that they would come at 12 or earlier. When I called one day before the move, they said they would come between 2 and 4 pm! I had to find another company at the very last minute to fill their place. Very unprofessional, no excuses given and no deposit back. Lost 75 pounds because of a company who lies when they say they come in the morning and end up telling me they come mid afternoon. I would really recommend you to find another cheaper place because that was a total waste of money.

Elephant Removals were fine, organised and friendly until the day of the move when they broke an expensive light and ripped up the floor of the place I was moving to. They are not insured for anything meaningful unless you pay for them to pack everything for you. Further more they lied about ripping up the floor in order to avoid paying for repairs. Be warned.

At Elephant Removals all the staff including porters were extremely extra supportive. The cost seemed slightly higher but it was worth every penny we spent. From Packing to collection until delivery and unpacking, they conducted it in an incredible speed and tireless manner.
