Critical: Professionalism MOST UNRELIABLE. Agreed their quote but they suddenly cancelled the booking for 27.9.2021from Birmingham to London without giving any specific reason. Had to arrange alternate at the very last minute.

Brilliant removals company, arrived on time, I couldn't fault them. Ben and Grant moved us, lovely guys, really professional and friendly everything went really smooth on the day. They both went over and above to help. Everything was packed brilliantly on the van. It was an enjoyable day, no stress. Would definitely use them again and would definitely recommend this company. Critical: Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, Responsiveness, Value This bussiness is disrespectful espessially with the driving manor on the roads in the big addis van my self had a rpad rage incident with this company van his driving isnt professional and I think you need to talk to your employee about respect of other road users

Absolutely fantastic service from start to finish. We have been let down in the past by other removal companies and we were reluctant and wanted to do it ourselves. So glad we decided to use Addis Removals. Lovely chaps, polite, professional and efficient. Using Addis removals made the day stress free, we could sit back and let them do all the hard work. Nothing was too much trouble. Competitive pricing too.

We used Addis Removals for our move in June, he was great from quote to getting us set up in our new home. He offered advice about packing, provided boxes & wardrobe boxes. When it came to our actual move date, it got moved last minute & although busy he was completely understanding throughout! They worked hard, took our beds down, dismantled furniture & had our 3 bed house clear really quickly.

All we had to do was clean the empty spaces behind them. On Ben's advice we marked each box with the room it was destined for. The new house was full quickly & they even put up our beds so we could have a proper sleep our very first night. They made what could have been a very stressful day, a planned, efficient & productive day. Couldn't recommend them enough.

Excellent service! Friendly and helpful, they were happy to assist with any requirements we had. Provided boxes to help with the move and when things didn't all fit they came back the next day to ensure everything was moved over. Would definitely reccomend and use again, they made a stressful time a lot easier! Everything arrived undamaged too!

Addis Removals were outstanding from start to finish. We opted for the 'full package' where the men come and wrap and box up, the day before. This was the best money we've ever spent; every breakable item was wrapped and nothing was left to chance. On the removal day itself, Kevin, Mark and Billy arrived at 8.30am prompt and worked flat out to ensure everything was packed away by 12.30. Removal day is by nature stressful, but this was one thing we didn't have to worry about. The professionalism and good nature shown would make me recommend Addis Removals. I will certainly use them again, if we ever decide to move again.

We moved from Birmingham (3 bedroom property) to Wombourne (4 bedroom property). We wanted a full removal service (packing and transporting). We moved all belongings and furniture. We found Addis removals via a general internet search. From the outset the experience was excellent: 1) Kevin Addis came to survey and provide a quote at a time agreed (punctual).

Quote was competitive. 2) A team of 3 (Kevin, Ben and Mark) came a day before the move to pack up some items and dismantle relevant furniture. They were professional and took great care with our belongings. 3) Move day was smooth.  All in all, a pretty faultless service, and one which we would recommend without hesitation.

I found Addis removals through a Yell.com search. From my initial telephone enquiry I found Kevin Addis to be thoroughly professional and informative in my dealings with him. He visited my property to assess the cost of the removal and made useful suggestions re: getting ready for the move. The quote followed promptly alongside contractual paperwork, all of which was professional in appearance.

I had no hesitation in agreeing to let Addis removals move me and my family on the big day. On the day itself, Kevin provided a team of 5 to move us. All the lads were hardworking and incredibly polite young men. All of them were meticulous in their care and consideration for my property, taking time to move things carefully and pack them securely.

They even took big items like beds and wardrobes apart and rebuilt them the other end, saving the stress of having to do this myself. All in all they were a godsend on the day. They were calm, professional and polite, with nothing too much trouble for them. I would have no hesitation in recommending them to other people considering them to move home.

I was extremely pleased with the service I received and the care that was taken of my property and the amount of goods they were able to pack and deliver safely to my new home They were very considerable in putting things back together for me and making sure I was comfortable with were everything was before they left x Excellent team of lads . Wouldn’t hesitate in recommending them. I hope not to move again for some years but I would be getting them back if I did.
