I was recommended the company by a friend, I found them extremely professional and very careful how they loaded and unloaded items into and out of the van. They took real care in ensuring things were wrapped up correctly such as teles and large furniture and all in all the service was outstanding and extremely valuable in price. A B Castle moved the contents from my father-in-law's home when he moved into a nursing home a few years ago and have kept them in storage until last week. We have made numerous trips to take something out of storage and have always found all the staff, including those in the office, to be very professional and helpful. A couple of days ago I moved into my new house where AB Castle were completing a clearance. On arrival the people who sold us the house said that AB Castle had just left but with our Wheelie Bins to empty them and they would be back to clear out the garage, basement and greenhouse shortly. I waited for 2 hours and no one came. I range first thing the next day and was told someone would come.

Late in the day they came, emptied some of the garage and did not return the wheelie bins, and left without me knowing. I called them again and they said they would send them back. On return I had to watch them to make sure they actually cleared everything out. But they still have not returned our Wheelie Bins. Will be reporting them to the council if not resolved this week. I have had no apology and the owner has been acted like it is all my fault. Awful service, especially at a stressful time. Avoid.

The office staff were great, the crew took care of my personal belongings and made sure my carpets were covered, so they weren't made dirty due to the awful weather we had on the day of our move, Can highly recommend to anyone looking for removals. Moved us from Surrey to Dronfield 3 weeks ago. Can't fault the service we received - friendly and professional all day long. Very competitively priced too (had some crazy quotes from Surrey/South London). Would definitely recommend.

After a long week emptying boxes I finally have time to mention how great our removal guys were. John, Curt and Bret were hard working all day and were very polite and made me feel very relaxed that our belongings would reach our new home in one piece. Which they did. I would definitely recommend this removals company especially if all staff are as good as the guys we had. Thanks again.

Can't fault this company at all. We used them to empty our home in Rotherham over a year ago and they stored our belongings until yesterday when they brought it all the way down to Bristol. The guys set off at 6:30am reaching us just have 10am as they said. I didn't catch their names but I can't fault the men at all.. carrying everything to the rooms I asked, friendly, careful and chatty. Felt totally at ease with them. Nothing damaged, all exactly how it was packed. Would highly recommend. Well run, friendly, reliable business.
