Proctor Removals & Storage

We were extremely pleased with Proctors during our recent move. At the beginning Chris was friendly, quick and helpful in visiting us to give a quote. Kirsty and Sophie in the office were very friendly, helpful and efficient at all times, even though we had to change our moving date a few times. And on the moving day the team of Matt, Charlie and Paul were brilliant - they were polite, friendly and hard-working in all they did. We particularly appreciated how they dismantled and reassembled our wardrobes and beds. I definitely recommend Proctors.

Fantastic service from start to finish for a domestic pack and removal. The removal team were efficient, polite, helpful, fun and friendly throughout. I cannot recommend them highly enough.

With only 1 day notice they came straight out to assess for a quote. thankfully a cancellation meant we could then move with 1 full working day notice. all the staff were so helpful and friendly. Highly recommend this company. a very positive experience!

The team of three guys that moved us were absolutely amazing (sorry I don't remember their names). They were polite, friendly and very hardworking from the moment they arrived, until they left. We couldn't believe how well they negotiated furniture around corners and not a mark left on walls or furniture, they even carried two boxes at a time and I could hardly pick up one.

And thank you to the two happy guys that picked the wardrobe boxes up after we had finished with them. Thank you to this company the stress was taken out of moving. This is without a doubt a 5* reliable company.

Great removal company - people are nice and very competitively priced. The way they packed our stuff was amazing, they really took care with it all. Also very flexible with moving dates. Would definitely use them again!

They were fantastic. The ladies in the office dealing with all my silly questions as I had never moved house with a company before, to the removal days where nothing was too much trouble. Very efficient and friendly.

Damaged grass and removed a post outside of my house when moving a neighbours property. They admitted the damage but then wouldnt repair the damage because they didnt belive the land was mine! Do not use this company!

I can recommend this company for anyone moving house. We had a great team who couldn't be more helpful and absolutely nothing got lost or damaged. They can even 'bend' furniture into the most seemingly impossible spaces!

They were fantastic when we moved house. The house we were moving into was yet to be vacated and they ended up packing all of the occupants belongings up in order for us to move in. They were really supportive and did a great job under trying circumstances.

The sales pitch was professional and good, promising various add-ons (e.g. paper wrapping of soft furnishings into store - which never happened). We had furniture going to three places so three crews: two were good, the third was inexperienced and poorly led. The back office was disinterested, particularly when I asked for them to collect the boxes post unpacking at my convenience not theirs.

I got the feeling they had my money, job over and we won't be moving for a while again. So customer service was not good. Others have told me that if you get the "good" crew it's fine.
