Do remember that this is an estimate, and when comparing make sure the prices you are quoted include VAT as many leave this out to make themselves look cheaper.

Very helpful friendly staff, put some things into storage until we move home. Not expensive at all, not the usual metal containers these are large wooden crates, you can get so much into, ours is only half full. They invoice you by email which is so much easier. Will definitely be putting more into storage with them.

So far my experience with Nelson the Removal and Storage company has been excellent, very professional. The production of a very high quality and detailed set of quotes which encompass all eventualities due to the current pandemic has been most useful. Only 4 stars at this time as we haven't been able to try the actual move logistics, I'm sure I'll need to add the extra star once a move has taken place.

So eventually I get round to review this removal firm 2 years later after bereavement and illness.so 1 star.it would be zero or minus if possible.by far the worst I have ever come across in 50 years after moving a fair few times.an absolute disgrace.where do I start.packed us up with 4 men and transported us.truck wasn't big enough.left a garage full of stuff for us to transport.fancy that eh! 2 men to unload.dumped everything mostly in living room, not physically strong enough to lift furniture upstairs.smashed several pictures, a box full of cups went missing, probably dropped and smashed, bedroom boxes in the kitchen.the list goes on and on and to cap it the management dodged contact and when eventually we spoke they just fobbed us off.so be warned you pay for what you get.cheap for a reason. totally incompetent from start to finish. Stay away from this lot!

As near to perfect a move as i could ever imagine!. Thank you guys, you were all stars. Very happy to recommend you to anyone. Oh and wondering about having packers in? Just do it, worth every single last penny. These guys are so professional. (From near Lockerbie up to north Aberdeenshire coast. ).
