As Key Workers set out by Government, we understand the need to protect industry staff to ensure our service incurs minimal disruption so that deliveries are made for key supplies. To this end, the Association of Pallet Networks has advised that all 8 member networks have confirmed the immediate suspension of the requirement for signed customer own paperwork (COP) and PODs.

Used Kings to move and store our furniture as they were a local company. Upon receipt of our goods after 4 months in storage more than half the items came back damaged and or very dirty in some form/fashion. When trying to ask for compensation for this and the fact they had failed to meet there own terms of service they have passed us off to the insurance company and refused to speak to us. To say we are disappointed is an understatement. We are now starting legal action to get our money back.

Someone from King's came out to estimate the job, including the contents of our garden shed. When moving day came, the removal men said the estimate hadn't included the contents of the shed, which would result in 2 runs being required. When we firmly stated that we had shown the estimator the shed and that he'd included it, they begrudgingly accepted it, but decided to take it out on us by being very rough with the handling of our belongings, resulting in various items being damaged and some of the decorations in the new house being damaged, simply because the job was taking them longer than they hoped. Utterly reprehensible service that I would not recommend to anyone.

Kings transports is a company that does not comply with the Occupational Risk Prevention Law, constantly putting the lives of its workers in serious danger, and it also fails to comply with the Law that refers to the regulations on the transport of dangerous goods, I consider that Kings transport needs an urgent inspection by the competent authorities.

Kings Transport could not have been more helpful when I wasn't in to receive a pallet delivery. They contacted the delivery driver and informed me that I could collect as soon as the truck arrived back at the depot. When I arrived at 7pm they had all the email and details written down and ready, then walked me outside to find my delivery and assisted with lifting the 80kg item into my vehicle. Absolutely fantastic help and service.

Never use this company. They don't supply what they invoice you for and ask for proforma payment. My invoice stated, and I quote "Invoice for labour over 2 days based on 5 men each day 20/21 December 2018". I had 4 turn up on the first day and none on the second.until I got on the blower and they pulled 2 guys off another job and they were there for 4 hours.
All equates to 5 men for 1 day! Don't trust director Martin King of Kings Transport Services Ltd, he won't take ultimate responsibility for his company."I was out of the country on holiday". Jim the main guy who came to run the labour, he was a good guy, no reflection on his work. Thanks Jim.
