A To B

We used AtoB Removals for our recent home move. I can summarise our experience by saying that the service we received was excellent. The movers were extremely professional, and they showed respect to our old and new property. Everything was packed securely, stored away in their warehouse, and delivered with no issues at all. We highly recommend them. Note that their quote was very competitive. If we ever need a moving company in the future we will not look anywhere else.

Excellent from start to finish. Our moving date was 21 March, they were very prompt on Friday 18th. We were part packed, Really nice efficient guys no fuss no mess. Returned on Monday 21st emptied the house and left for our new address waited outside until we received our keys and emptied their vans quickly and efficiently also best price with no hidden extras Would definitely recommend

Absolute shambles of a company! DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE. One simple job and they couldn't even get it right. Supposed to deliver a table and chairs from Sterling furniture store. Organised with sterling for 1st March. The guy from A to B removals called me 3 times trying to deliver on the 17th feb. This was not possible as I didn't get keys to property till 1st hence why delivery was on the 1st.

Don't know what he couldn't understand about this but I told him 3 times and sterling called him twice, yet after the 17th this cowboy denied he had even spoken to me before and denied having any of the paper work for my table. How I'm gods name has he even got a business to run. You put your faith in companies like this believing they will get the job done as per paperwork and this is what happens. They deserve all the bad reviews that's been written before me. And further more Mr A to B man. I'm not your "luv" or your "dear"!

Agreed a price, agreed a day and a time. I packed the boxes myself, moved them down a flight of stairs to make the removal quick and handy. A to B didn't turn up and no word of warning or reason given. Book at your peril.

Great guys. Efficient and done in no time Would have been 5 stars if they hadn't lost a few bed slats but it's an easy cheap fix.

On the day of our move everything went to plan although I had one issue and I want to warn others about this because it still makes me so angry. We had a bed which needed taking apart, I knew I had an expensive pair of sunglasses behind this bed which I was looking forward to being reunited with. this did not happen. When I went into that room after the bed was gone there was nothing on the carpet, nothing was handed to me but I thought no give them the benefit of the doubt.

I had reasons for not jumping the gun as communication may have been an issue. A few months later I realise after going through all boxes that nothing was slipped into a box and the sunglasses were definitely gone. I just want to warn others who think they may have misplaced items, that might not be the case. I expect these have long been sold and I'm actually disgusted with this individual. Please be careful!

Used A 2 B removals on my last move had no problems so decided to use them again but this time had a few problems which John came and sorted them out no problem so would definitely use them again even after the problems Sandy Service: Packing / unpacking

They were excellent! Arrived on time, removed our items / furniture from Aberdeen, and drove to Macduff and unloaded the van. The two men ( Chris & Robert) were so courteous and extremely well manered. They put both myself and husband at ease. Nothing was to much. A to B are very lucky to have such wonderful staff! Excellent service! We had to move out remotely and utilised their full packing services and storage. John and his team were very helpful in distinguishing between my flatmate's and my belongings via video call and packing them up separately. I would definitely recommend their services!

Used A to B removals for our recent house packing and move - and would have no hesitation in highly recommending them. Have to say, I was slightly nervous when only one packer appeared on the Thursday but we were promised that we'd be fully packed and out by Friday lunchtime - and we were indeed! Team of 4 on Friday had us packed and out in 4 and a half hours - then delivered to our new home and had us unpacked, beds & sofas assembled and removal of some boxes in 3 hours. Finally getting through all the unpacking and no damages at all. If I have to move again, praying I don't mind you, I'd be calling A to B again!

A to B were fantastic in helping assist our move. They arrived on time, were friendly, worked non stop (which was tough considering we were a third floor flat). We were moved out and into our new home within 4 hours. A to B were easy to contact and very professional. In addition, they were much more reasonably priced than other moving companies. Would highly recommend!

We used AtoB for a house move within Aberdeen and can't fault the service. Initial planning was simple and we took advantage of the free boxes (just leave a deposit and get it back on return of the boxes). On the move day our two movers worked very hard and efficiently and were a pleasure to work with. We would gladly recommend AtoB to anyone.

First Class removal experience. This was a huge move, and from a house that is not accessible to a removal van. The removal team were excellent, they worked non stop during the two and a half days this move took. No hesitation in recommending A to B.
