When we, Keith and Martin, established Flexistore back in 2002 there were hardly any mobile self storage companies out there. We saw a gap in the market and soon became one of the first companies in the UK and the rest of Europe to provide mobile self storage services for homes, businesses and students.

Extremely disappointing service. I specified a few big items for them to pack and they were missing. I contacted them several times both through emails, calls, and messenger to receive no response on what action can be taken to settle the missing items. They told me they will follow up but it has been months (since August and its now October) Company also left me on read after I asked them why no one has contacted me to follow up.

The negative review below was left by a customer of Flexistore Aberdeen following legal action to recover outstanding debt. We tried over an extensive period to resolve this amicably but a look at her Facebook page will give you an insight into what we have been dealing with. Please be assured that Flexistore is an open and honest Company that operates within agreed terms and conditions with all our customers. The price is really reasonable and the service is perfect. I had the exact timeslots I wished for and the crew was extremely nice, gentle with my stuff and accomodating (In May I had one more suitcase than usually planned, they did not mind taking it and then in September I could not be there to receipt my packages because of plane delay and they came back a little later without a problem).
I had forgotten to write my name on my stuff and seal my suitcase and they did it for me. Everything was untouched and in the same state as months earlier. Would definetly recommend.

Flexistore have gone above and beyond to help me out with my storage, their customer service has been outstanding and I can't recommend them enough, the prices are the most reasonable i have come across. I use the Manchester branch and would like to say a special thank you to Mark for handling my account.

I can't thank The guys at Flexistore enough for helping me load my things into store when I came over from Edinburgh And for the help they gave me moving into my new flat. Nothing was too much trouble, Tom was really helpful and I couldn't have done it without them. I would have no hesitation but to recommend them. The service is first class and I would definitely use them again.

I have Just moved house which as anyone who has moved house knows its a complete nightmare. I have used Storage on a few occassions before when I lived down South and always found it to be a neccessary hassle that I just had to put up with. One of my friends recommended these guys and at 1st when the Trailer thing turned up I was a bit dubious but wow, the guy explained how it worked, gave me some tips on loading and left me to it.
Myself and my partner took our time and loaded it over the weekend. No hassle (apart from the rain for a few hours on the Sunday lol), but we got everything in that we needed to and the guys collected it at some point on the Monday. We got all the paper work done for the House (dont start me on the lawyers fees), then about 6 weeks later got our entry date, phoned the guys at Flexistore, a chap called Tommy was really helpful and arranged to drop the trailer back off. It really was that easy, I will never use normal Storage again. Nicola H
