My father Roddy Macdougall founded his removal company in 1977. I was brought up around removal lorries, tea-chests, transit blankets and the busy family office. I, Melissa Macdougall, began working for my father in the year 2000 after I moved back to Skye from Glasgow and started a family of my own.
The Guidelines below are aimed at customers choosing the self pack option. Packing Materials (where applicable) can either be purchased from our office or delivered directly to your door (mainland addresses) as a "Homepack"; the cost of this service will be added to your bill. Do not overfill boxes.
Moving from Skye to Devon. Original time scheduled was 3-4 weeks but our house purchase fell through when vendor withdrew. Scottish Removals stored our belongings for more than ten months at a good rate and remained friendly and in touch throughout. Removal, storage and redelivery of house contacts to facilitate house refurbishment works.
Our Company has been carrying out Removals throughout the Highlands & Islands of Scotland for over 30 years.
