Terrible Customer service, extortionate prices, The Customer comes last with this business, Used to be good in Hull, not anymore, asking for payments upfront, they don't really offer the storage facilities they advertise, don't know what has gone so wrong with this business, Please feel free to go with them and book them, I am just giving you the benefit of my experience. I I'm just expressing my experience and feelings about this company from them, please do your research before booking any removal company that is all I will say about this.

The best service we could of hoped for. All the lads went the extra mile to get our move over the line, and worked till late in the evening due to being held up by a rival removal company through no fault of their own. Couldn't praise this company any higher.

Can't recommend Hardakers enough. We moved the week before Christmas and what was a very traumatic legal process ended up on moving day to be as stress free as possible. This was purely down to the brilliant team of lads, Steve and both Ians, they worked tirelessly for nearly 12 hours to ensure everything was in order at both our old & new home. They worked hard but very politely & professionaly and as stated the actual move was a piece of cake.

They packed everything up beforehand, we had a lot of stuff, lots of fragile items & had no casualties, I even set Steve a silly challenge, I had half a dozen unboxed eggs which I was going to throw, but challengd him to get them to our new home 50 miles away in one piece.& He did. I would absolutely have no hesitation in recommending Hardakers, although not the cheapest quote, they proved themselves to be worth every single penny. Richard ended up being extremely helpful, understanding and really helped me deal with what was an extremely stressful lead up to moving day, so please pass on our thanks to everyone involved.

The removal of belongings from a home occupied for over 40 years to a much smaller local location and also to London was done with a terrific 'can-do' attitude showing how resilience and flexibility shines through in the face of a real uphill task. I cannot thank the Hardakers team enough for taking care of the house move and storage needs so sympathetically.

It could have been a lot more traumatic but they just got on and got stuck in and it all went away! Thanks to everyone involved. Extra-ordinarily professional, efficient and kind.

I cannot recommend Hardakers highly enough. From the very first meeting with Sam they were absolutely professional and very accommodating. The movers who turned up on moving day were fantastic, friendly and helpful. Typically the move was plagued with problems outside of our control but the Hardakers Team ensured that the stress was kept to a minimum. They are brilliant and worth every penny.

We would highly recommend -'the team worked like trojans! Friendly, professional and extremely hardworking. They made the whole move (which included moving a grand piano 200 miles)much easier and in less time than we thought possible. A great team effort.

Family run business with solid values that takes care of their customers. They did a wonderful job packing, storing and then moving my father's flat contents. Everyone we interacted with was great. I strongly recommend this firm and would use them again if needed.

Being a military family we have moved a lot and have never had such a great service from a removal company. We used hardakers for a long distance move from hull to Hampshire and They were a godsend, we could not have done it without them. They even helped find a first aid kit in their cab when my 3yr old cut the end of her toe off in the garden and we where all in a bit of a panic. I've never seen a bunch of lads work so hard! Hardakers offer an excellent removal and storeage service. Nothing is too much trouble, The removal men were extremely professional and polite, and turned up on time. Having been let down by another removal company, Hardakers stepped in and turned an extremely stressful time into a positive experience for us for which we cant thank them enough. Sat in my new house this morning with a coffee feeling very relaxed because the guys at Hardakers did such an amazing job yesterday that we can afford to chill out. I thought moving day was going to be really. stressful but James, Jimmy and the 2 Ian's took the stress right out of it for us. I imagined us to be still putting beds up at midnight but by 4 in the afternoon they had all our stuff in, beds put back up for us they even had our sons swing and slide set back up in the new garden.

Absolutely worth their weight in gold! It would have taken us weeks to get around to doing some of the jobs. Highly recommend to anyone moving to get the professionals in. Thank you very much guys

Hardakers completed our home move in June 2021. From the communication before the moving day right down to the day itself nothing was too much trouble. The guys were so professional and hardworking they made the day go by with minimal stress. I would not hesitate to recommend them or to use them again if we decide to move home.

Hardakers are brilliant. I rang different companies for quotes and when I rang hardakers they were so friendly and professional.i think it was the managing director who I spoke to. we had cheaper quotes from other companies but I got the impression that hardakers would be the best option as they were very organised and professional and nothing was. too much trouble. we had Jimmy Steele, Ian Bucknall and Sam Knight to help us move and they were BRILLIANT. everyone kept telling me how stressful it is to move but they took the stress out of it. we paid extra for the packing service too and it was honestly the best money we have ever spent. the guys were amazing and worked so hard! they are a credit to the company! I work in retail and understand what a difference good customer service makes and this company from the top down are spot on. thank you so much. Lucy Harrison

Had a brilliant team from Hardakers yesterday. Sam, Steve, Lee and Dillon went over and above to help us move. Old houses were not built for big pieces of furniture, but they managed to get everything in, and I'm very grateful for their experience. From getting the initial quote, to seeing the last box unloaded, nothing was too much trouble. Jackie put me at ease about the whole process. Will definitely be using Hardakers for our move in the future, (and we will be needing Steve for the sofa and Lee for the wardrobes please )!

A big thank you to you and all your men for helping our son move during this pandemic. The men helped him at every stage and he tells me they were fantastic, caring and fully suppoted him throughout. Hardakers made our move alot less stressful. Fairly priced and provided packing materials. The team arrived on time and extra members helped in between jobs to cover staff sickness. They grafted to clear the house quickly and efficiently. Then they waited patiently when the estate agent lost the keys for our new house and we ended up waiting for a locksmith to let us in.

Despite us prompting them to empty into the garage for quickness and for me to clean the bedrooms before being filled with furniture, they emptied into the down stairs first and then still brought the furniture upstairs before leaving. Fab team who worked very hard on a hot day. Thank you.

The team who packed our belongings were very good (apart from packing food we had left on one side for meals that night and the following morning leaving us without food). Unfortunately the stressful experience of moving house was made unbelievably horrendous by the behaviour of the director. From his place in Spain he bombarded us with phone calls and texts whilst we were waiting for keys to be released.

Eventually threatening to pull the team off the job. There was nothing we could do other than what we were already doing, contacting our solicitor and the vendors estate agent but still the threatening calls and texts continued. I would never use this company again. The director's attitude leaves a lot to be desired.

Excellent service from the guys at Hardakers Removals in assisting us with our big move from Kent to Hull. Professional, prompt, and super efficient. I would highly recommend them and will definitely use them in the future. Thank you for making a usually stressful day stress free!

Last week Steve and Lee came over to Leeds to help us move house. Another company let us down last minute due to the snow and we are so glad they did as Steve and Lee were amazing, we couldn't have asked for anything more. Nothing was a problem to them, even the hill up to our house that they initially struggled to get up due to the snow! Both. men were professional, worked incredibly hard and constantly reassured us when we didn't think the move would happen due to the heavy snow. We have used Hardakers twice now for home removals and I would 100% recommend them to anyone who is looking to move.

Richard came first to assess the job and was very positive - nothing phased him. That gave us a lot of confidence. His quote was very similar to another local company but we felt Richard's 'family business' approach would fit our needs well. Packaging materials were delivered the same day as we confirmed the booking. Jimmy and Sam arrived 5 minutes early to load up and were outstanding.

They worked tirelessly and nothing was a problem as they tackled some awkward items. They were polite, professional and we enjoyed some banter that made the day go even better. The next day Jimmy and Sam turned up 5 minutes early again and unloaded with the same level of enthusiasm and professionalism. They were thoughtful and were willing to do anything we asked without any grumbles. Jimmy and Sam are a great team and do credit to Hardakers - in reality, to the customer, they ARE Hardeners. I have no hesitation recommending Hardakers and if this review sounds too good to be true I would be happy to verify anything directly!
